Well, I stumbled on Prestige Closet Designers during my search and called for an estimate based on the great Google reviews. Let me say it was very refreshing to finally find a professional. From the estimate, all the way through the end of the project, Rafik, the owner, and his company provided 5 star service. Rafik came out at the time agreed upon, sat down with me, and was very patient with how I wanted my closet. He provided great ideas and was very reasonable and competitive with the price of the project. On the day of the scheduled installation, the installers came to my home at the agreed upon time, did a great job with installing, and cleaned up any mess created by the project. Rafik came by several times during the installation to spot check and make sure the project was on point. I was VERY happy and satisfied with the final project. My husband came home from work and was also amazed by the work and final product that he now wants his closet done. He was especially upfront and straightforward in explaining the challenge with the size of the closet. He quickly designed a closet that maximized the available space. He even worked with me to make the adjustments I requested. Rafik gave me a few options on upgrades to the drawer panels and was able to deliver exactly what I had requested. I was going out of town, and still had to reschedule the installation once I returned. Rafik was incredibly accommodating in doing so. When I tried to confirm, then it got moved to Friday. Friday came and then she wanted to do it Saturday. Very disorganized with poor time management regarding jobs. Proceed with caution.
