Before we entered the property he explained in full detail what to expect and how long it should take. He took great pictures and explained as he performed all tests. He took great and up close picture of the roof, he was under the house in the crawl space, in the attic, the backyard, garage.... he was everywhere. Our basement is unfinished so I didn't think we needed to spend that much time there...wrong. He informed us we needed more insulation and other bits of information. When the inspection was over he provided us with a home maintenance manual and information regarding a security system because the previous owners did not have one. The inspection report was emailed to us very quickly. FYI, Earle Johnson is certified to work with NACA. If you purchase a home via NACA, you know they have very high standards.
