Mind you, the house was old and no one had been living there for years. I was anxious to get some news that a lot of major work needed to be done, but upon inspection (over about 3-4 hours), he was able to reassure us what needed to get done and sent over a detailed report of all the repairs. He went through the exterior, interior, and underneath the crawl space.
