He pinpointed specific areas in our property that were immediate areas of opportunity (ex. requesting water location was turned on during the final walk-through to confirm no issues) to highlights of the property that he felt confident that we as the buyers should know (ex. his professional input on the life of the roof). Overall, the most impressive characteristic John demonstrated was his attention to detail. John left no stone unturned during his inspection which gave my wife and I the confidence in the property. After the inspection, John was transparent in the turnaround of the comprehensive final report (ours was at a whopping 69 pages) based on his workload for the day, but we still received the report within less than 4 hours after the physical walk-through. His price was extremely competitive and he was the first person to respond when I looked for inspectors on Yelp. Not only was he the first to respond but he also responded almost immediately when I had questions about setting up the inspection, what I should expect, how to pay, when I would get my report, etc. I also looked on-line and found a sample report: I impressed by it.
