Lady stopped in the middle of my pedicure to go do something and never returned. I sat for 45 minutes with half done toes before someone decided to pay attention to me and someone else took over. They always take me right away even if it looks like there's a lot of people waiting, there are so many people working there, they can give you the attention you need and good service. They also have a hair section so you can get your nails done and a quick blow out too! They provide frequent client cards which give you $8 off after 10 visits. So far so good! read more

I am DISGUSTED by this nail salon, they've lost my business. Yesterday I went to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I picked the perfect match because that's how it was advertised and I wanted a perfect match! I got my pedicure done first and then my nails. I go home and five hours later my nails are already peeling!!! Then I notice that my feet are two shades darker than my nails! I just went back today and they are so unprofessional. I get there and voice my issues, they changed the toe color and that was one employee who did that. They were all looking at me me laughing talking in another language. Then I go fix my nails and the man picked a different color and when I told him HE FLEW HIS ARMS UP AND LAUGHS AND WALKS AWAY. I seriously cannot believe I just experienced that. Then some other woman had to take me. I WILL NEVER go back to that place. I've bee going since they first opened and I really was a loyal customer until now. So disgusted. read more

Never again will I come back to this nail salon. They are rude and rush even when no other customers are there. I had nail polish on my fingers that they didn't bother to take off and some parts of my nail aren't even fully covered with polish. They also give you big bills as change to try and get a bigger tip. QQ threw my bag and jacket down as I was drying my nails then slapped my back for 5 seconds as a "massage" before walking away to sleep at the pedicure chair. No thanks. read more

I was recommended this salon by a dear friend and I have been going faithfully five to six times but the last time I went to get a powder manicure the oldest guy was extremely nasty and that was the second time I went to him. After paying he didn't even thank me for tipping him so I decided not to go anymore. I got desperate since the other salon I go too occasionally is overpriced for crap, I decided to try it one more time. I got Karen who was very friendly but I've never seen someone rush through getting my powder manicure done. It was absurd how fast she went with putting all of the polishes on, to the point of when I was drying them they looked like I took my fingers and smudged them with cake! Then she buffed, then filed so hard and rough and left me with three bleeding fingers from the machine. Another customer came in complaining about her appointment at 3:30 and Karen said she was early and she would be done in 15 minutes. So I don't know if it was because she had the customer waiting pissed off and that's why she went ultra fast (way too fast, not even normal speed) but I wasn't happy with the service, especially for $32! It's one thing to be skilled at your craft and be really good but there's absolutely no need to speed up buffing all the polishes that need to be put on for a powder manicure. I ended up having to dry my nails under the dryer where ladies with regular manicures go to sit so I could get out of her chair so the twat after me could get her nails started. Then she made poor Wendy massage me and do the finishing touches like put lotion on my hands and use a washcloth to clean my nails. Needless to say that's the last time I will ever be attending. Didn't matter whether I had an appointment or not, I always had to wait and then they'd continue to talk about you in their own language which they made very obvious. Can't wait to see it boarded up because it sucks here and there's no reason to be that quick with a manicure that's supposed to look effortless and clean with the amount of money the service is! Bad service, unprofessional, and way too expensive. It took me forever to grow out my nails, I couldn't wait to finally get them done. I specifically told her to keep them long and just file out the sides for evenness. Before I could blink, she took out the clipper and cut the first 2 nails. I asked her what she was doing and she told me she was just making them even. I was livid. When I picked out my color, I also told her I'd like 2 straight lines in gold on my ring finger. She brought me a much darker color then I asked pretending it was the same one I picked out. I knew they must've been out. After the very quick and messy gel manicure (and a 10 second hand massage) she was about done. I told her where are the gold lines I wanted? She played it off as if she knew but I could tell she forgot. The lines were messy especially cause they were drawn over the already finished manicure. Also she had to repeat the left hand 3 times before she got it right, and even though that's HER mistake, they charge u extra. At this point I stopped caring and just wanted to get out of there. Not to mention all this for $29.43.... really? You're charging me $5 dollars extra then you first told me when I came in, and the 43 cents is absolutely necessary? I highly recommend this salon for a gel manicure. They have a variety of colors to choose from, and give you a quick massage while your nails are drying. My gel manicures from here typically last 2-3 weeks. However, I am always extremely disappointed with their pedicures. The women/men do not spend much time using the pumice stone or massaging my feet/legs. The last time I went here for a pedicure, the women had one stationary hand on my leg while she watched the television. Needless to say I only get manicures here now! read more

Worst service ever. I will not be returning. Went in for a gel manicure, after three fingers were painted he realized the first color I selected was expired. I had to pick a new color, totally understandably, no ones fault. But then instead soaking it off he wanted just to scrap to lessen the time he had to spend. I ask nicely not to since I didn't want my nails ruined. Five minutes later he again tried to scrap it off, this time more forceful I said no please let it soak off. He stood up and marched to the front complaint loudly to the manager. Manager in turn did nothing to quiet him, letting him continue. At this point I was done and left. Not only was the product not good but the staff was worse. At no point did the manger try to remedy the situation or tell him to act appropriately. It was only when I stood up to leave did she try to apologize. So if you want to go to a place the treats a customer with respect, this is not the place for you. read more

This may have been my own fault because I should have asked for pricing to begin with but I walked in for a gel color change because my usual spot is far and I didn't feel like trucking across the island. While doing my nails I noticed they do blow outs. I asked about the price and she said $22 which is standard so I said sure I'll do one. When I was done they said my total was $47. When I asked how he said $22 for blowout and $23 for gel color change. I understand gel is harder to replace but asking for $23 is absurd. I asked what the price was for a fill in and he said $23 .. so they charge the same to fill in and color change?? Never have I heard of such a thing and I've been getting my nails done since I was 17 (I am now 26). At this point I'm annoyed so I said that's $45 how did you get to $47 and he says.. TAX! I paid with cash how is there $2 for tax. I paid the man and tipped everyone involved in my pampering and walked out after telling him his pricing is ridiculous .. $23 for a color change $2 tax on cash payment is insane .. won't be returning. read more
