Went there for a waxing and was totally unhappy. First I booked the appointment online and when I…read morewalked in I told them I was there for my appointment for a full leg and bikini and they ask Face? No full leg and bikini. OK Get in the room and the tech does my bikini first, then says OK. I said, I am also here for a full leg. So she proceeds to do the legs. I felt that the she didn't leave the wax on long enough and there were times I felt like my skin was being scrapped with the stick as the wax was dried on it. I get home and wait for the redness to go away and then I saw that a whole line up my thigh was NOT done...from knee to hip. The next day (today) I see that there are more lines/patches that still have hair, so now I need to Nair what was missed. The whole purpose of getting waxed was so I didn't have to worry about my legs for my cruise this week. They may be excellent with nails, I will give them a shot at my pedicure tomorrow, but they need to improve their waxing skills before I go back for that service.

Upon arrival, I noticed the place was busy. I sat and waited for about 5 minutes before I was called. The girl (can't remember her name) expertly soaked my nails (SNS) and showed me a variety of colors. I was impressed by the wide selection of colors. She took her time and was thorough. I loved how my nails turned out and it's been almost 2 weeks and no complaints. The place is clean, friendly employees, and a spotless bathroom! guess I found my new place!

I docked off a star because she didn't do as good of a job on my hands. The shapes were a bit uneven. Some were more square than others. The staff was pleasant and gave me a small bottle of water during my visit. I would still come back and maybe speak up a bit more! Together, it cost $75 but $78 with card so I recommend bringing cash. The name of this establishment is now called Pink C Nail Salon? But their name online is still Nature Nail Spa.

They use high quality products, and are up to date on all the trends so you'll never miss out on the latest cat eye, chrome or jelly colors. I usually either do Gel X or UV gel (with extensions). I'm rough on my nails too, as a bartender they are in the trenches with me but I don't need fill ins for 3 weeks to a month at a time. The prep and cuticle work is immaculate and that's why I can go so long and not walk around with a dusty set. I've been to other salons that charge wayyy more for such subpar work, Mini Muse is it.
