This was my worst experience. Not only did I waited but i change chairs twice.. I was going for sns and they soak nails for half hour, she jump to the next girl keep me sitting there waiting and waiting, I mean come on if you have someone Ahead of me tell me don't lie and keep me there like an idiot.. omg then This lady thT was done with her client, comes to me and removed the foil from nails and goes to someone else and I'm still waiting. Then this other guy takes me to his table and he finally works on me ohh and then he messed up smh.. I'll never ever will go back there. I'm sticking to the one I usually go to. read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. Stay far away from this place. I went in with French tips and wanted a new set. The woman was very rough right off the back , literally ripping my nails apart. When I told her it hurt she help my hand tighter so I couldn't pull away so she could get the last piece of acrylic off. My fingers were throbbing. After that I asked to soak off them off instead. Long story short it was a total disaster. I wasted two hours of my time she couldn't even charge me that's how bad it came out. She didn't even offer to fix them. right away she told me just get them done somewhere else because they were closing soon. To make matters worse when I went to pay for the pedicure instead of her giving me back my change so I could tip her what I wanted, she just put it in her drawer. I guess she felt she deserved it That was just straight rude . The pics were taken as soon as I left the place. Total waste of time, I'm really upset at the way they handled things. I think a nail school would be much better than this place, seriously. read more

This is my usual nail salon. I love all the nail ladies and it's in my neighborhood but there's some things that I don't like. I'm never there for less than 2 hours even with an appointment. It's the type of place that can be packed and they tell the next person that comes in they'll take them in a few minutes just to keep you from leaving. Also the other clientele doesn't have the best manners, they tend to make a scene and act rude to the nail ladies. Every technician does a great job and it's cheap so I always come back- on a day when I have nothing else to do of course. read more

I come here often because I feel comfortable here and know all of the nail technicians. They are all very friendly and pretty good at their job. This is a no frills nail salon but it's pretty clean. They use disposable nail files and and a scrubber and also cover the pedicure tub with a plastic for each person to ensure cleanliness, the prices are also decent and so is their color selection. Be aware of the long wait when it's summer time or before any special holiday. read more

The nail techs are not trained well. They put techs that don't know how to do a manicure and then another tech has to redo the entire job...an hour and a half for a basic manicure. Just absolutely horrible techs here. Being nice is not enough you have to have the skill to do the job and stop wasting people's time and money. I am not happy. I called ahead to check availability and the woman said they were available for the service I requested. I get here and am asked to pick my color. I pick my color and wait. I have been waiting for 25 minutes and the nail technician is doing a full set on the woman next to me. That is not available. If you have too many customers just tell me no. It's not that hard. I just asked how much longer I will have to wait and she said just a minute. This is so ridiculous. Don't lie to your customers. I would have gone somewhere else. Not happy at all. This better be the best gel manicure I have ever had. I will not be tipping regardless of the service. Took 2 hours. read more

By far the best salon I have been to so far. The whole staff is literally the nicest, they are the sweetest people ever and they treated me very kindly. I had left work late one day and was looking for somewhere to go to get my nails done. Usually, I go to other salons that rush me and even do not let me dry if they want to leave as this has happened once before during a nail crisis I had at another different salon. When I got there, Linda, who was the most sweetest, kindest lady, had asked me what I had wanted and I had told her I wanted her to do my nails so I waited. The whole time they reassured me they do not mind taking their time and do a great job. They make you feel very at home and I love it. The people saying that the place has a long wait gotta be ridiculous because these people do great work and take their time!!! In the end, they stayed later to finish my nails and it was by far the most comfortable experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Service is incredible!! I was greeted by the staff and was offered quarters for my parking meter. I was immediately escorted to my pedicure chair and experienced the most amazing pedicure ever. The hot stone leg and foot massage along with a paraffin treatment on my heels were included in the price of the standard pedicure. I use to believe this was a good nail salon, but each time I go back some of them seem to get more rude. They're nail technicians and thus are suppose to know how to do designs. But if a design is given to them and they know they can't do it they should be up front and say it instead of attempting then, mess up and get mad when they're told to remove it. The nail lady with shoulder length hair, about mid-30's looking, is rude, she isn't careful, and seems to rush when doing nails. When making a payment before the nail polish is on, she kept the change as tip. First of all, during any payment involving tip, the employee is suppose to give all change to the costumer, then it is the customers decision as to how much tip to give or if any at all. She also didn't even do the hand massage, she just put the lotion on and rubbed it in then like placed the hot towel on my hands in a careless way. She also pushed my arm aggressively instead of saying "can you please move the other arm out of way".The older nail lady is rude as well, as soon as I walked in during one of my visits she had no manners, almost yelling for the whole salon to hear, if it's just her and I at the nail station, that was all unnecessary. They do have good prices, but it seems it's only because the manicure/pedicure is basic. There is one nail technician that does any design brought to her and she does them really well. She seems to be the youngest employee there, she has great style, and her hair is like highlight with a dirty blond or really light brown. She is who I'd go to every time I visit because she does everything carefully and doesn't rush. read more
