Without hesitation, she suggested Tina at Barclay's Jewelers. I stopped by during my lunch break and immediately understood why. Tina took the time to listen to what I needed, offered thoughtful advice about shortening a necklace, and made the entire process seamless. The repair was completed in record time, and I even received a notification as soon as it was ready for pickup. What truly impressed me, however, was what happened next. I recently lost part of an earring that had originally been custom-made elsewhere. I had always felt the closure wasn't particularly secure, so when one earring was lost, I was heartbroken. I brought the remaining earring to Barclay's hoping they could recreate it. Not only were they able to make a perfect match, but they also suggested a more secure screw-back closure and upgraded the pearls. When I originally had the earrings custom-made, I specifically asked whether the closure could be made more secure and was told it wasn't possible. Barclay's immediately identified a simple solution that not only solved the problem but likely would have prevented me from losing the original earring in the first place. The finished earrings are absolutely beautiful, and I have complete confidence that they will stay securely in place. Their attention to detail, practical expertise, and commitment to doing things the right way made all the difference. As a bonus, during my visits I discovered that Tina is close friends with a family I know and love. Hearing the wonderful things they had to say about Tina, her family, and their business only reinforced the impression I had already formed. Barclay's has earned a customer for life.
