He knew what type of person I was, he kind of hand an idea of what I would like - so he found a few pictures but more than anything, used words to describe to the staff there what he thought the ring should look like. With the descriptions he gave them, they created a one of a kind, vintage inspired engagement ring. They took time and energy to custom design a setting that he would be proud to put a diamond on. Numerous visit, back and forth decision making, hair pulling, he had nothing but their full attention to make sure it was perfect. On top of that - he says flat out he got the most diamond for his money, far and beyond what other retailers and wholesalers could offer him. I was very clear that this watch meant alot to me as it was my dad's and he passed away a year ago to that day that I went into the shop. The proprietor at Time Centre said he couldn't fix it, but he could clean it. Fast forward to 2 MONTHS LATER, we still didn't get the watch back or even a phone call telling me the status. Went into the store because he had not called at all and he was totally caught off guard. My husband was told that he had tried to fix it and couldn't get the parts. It was still not cleaned. He made up a story about someone else trying to fix it and glued it somehow. None of it was true. We got the watch back that day and there was a piece broken off. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was so disappointed in how this precious heirloom of my father's was treated like trash.
