Fleetwood Jewellery is the finest place to get your quality Jewellery. I can't believe it's only got 1 star on Yelp. From my experience the service is great and the quality is unbeatable. They dont work on commission so they aren;t looking to grab your money. Ralph (The owner) hand picks the diamonds and knows everything there is to know about them. Go to another store in a mall and you'll certainly get customer service! But they also have their hand in your pocket while they show you merchandise. Another note is at Fleetwood when you hold the piece of Jewellery in your hands you can feel the weight to it and the quality. I've been to many different stores and all the rings felt super light in my hands. The ones at Fleetwood were beautiful, had fine clarity, and were priced for what they were worth. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been in there countless times to look around and get some information and I've never had a bad experience. I hope more people give them good reviews because I know plenty who would. If you are looking for a diamond ring and you are serious, go talk to Ralph and his staff. The staff is exceptionally helpful,I let them know what it is we are looking for. They send me pictures of what they have as I live out of town. Many times we've asked them to hang on to items until we come to town,or we've bought the item they showed us without being there. Before I buy any piece I always check with fleetwood. The showroom has a lot to choose from, but they can also custom-design anything you want. Thank goodness someone told us about Fleetwood when we were shopping around for an engagement ring. You can tell it's a cool place when you walk through this large atrium and see a security guard sitting outside the door. Once inside, you will be amazed at the collection of stunning jewelry. I wanted to design a unique ring, using some diamonds from my grandmother's engagement ring. Ralph sat down with us and we came up with a design that put my grandmother's diamonds in the band; then we bought a spectacular 1K solitaire for the top. It's very beautiful and very special. Because we were so happy with the quality of the jewelry and the individual service, we ended up getting gold earrings for all of our bridesmaids too. I have gone to this jeweler several times now and had quite a bit of work done to my wedding set (claw repairs, diamond replacement, custom anniversary ring created, band replacement). Every experience has been positive, they are always friendly and provide old school type customer service. Fleetwood is fantastic. My original set was a super cheap Consumers Distributing purchase, yet nobody at Fleetwood has ever treated me or my precious wedding set with anything other than the utmost respect.
