Simple request really, can you tell me precisely what I ordered for my band since I have recently lost it, and what would the replacement cost be? This message sent by email (1st), phone call - where I waited on hold and then the line just went dead (2nd), and 3rd via the request page on their website. It has now been three weeks since the original request. I suppose there isn't much markup in a $400 tungsten carbide band, which you can buy online for about $20-30 for identical quality. Pacific Jewellers did the job on-site, in only four hours. They cut and inserted pieces of gold to enlarge the bands (not stretching the rings as that thins them out). It ranged from $25+tx to $40+tx. Calgary Jewellery will replace any watch battery for a flat rate of $25 including GST. This is remarkable. My watch battery is considered specialized but no issues.
