And I have yet to have a bad experience. I showed up today and waited no more then 15min to be seen. The staff was and always has been very friendly and it always feels like a welcoming environment. I usually get my taxes done with Luis but seeing that he was a little busy I was seen by Karen, I believe her name was. She was really friendly and really fast when it came to doing my taxes. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've recommended this place to people and will continue to do so. Give them a chance if you're in the area and need your taxes done.

She's professional and genuinely wants to help you. I've learned a lot from her over the years through the questions she asks during the appt. and knowing what I should document to help with my taxes. We bring all of our documents with us to the appt and she does them then and there with us and we're done in an hour. Another family member also goes to her and we're so glad we found Maria.
