Tried this place. The lady that did my nails did a good job. However she did not say much. I had pink n white full set I wanted removed. She did a good job but had me slightly concerned as she was talking in another language to her co-worker who came over and started clipping my nails on the opposite hand. And then started trying to pry the acrylic off with a card. It hurt. Two people working each on one hand had me quite nervous. I just wanted clear polish. She gave me a manicure and I didn't want my nails cut shorter. The perk was when I went to pay the fella at the counter broke down the price which I liked since the place I had been going to was charging a different price every time I went which is why I wanted to try a new place. I will probably go back. The fella gave me a membership card, the more visits the more discounts. read more

I was a regular customer till they gave me a new untrained technician who cut both my finger & foot doing my mani/pedi. I left bleeding & in tears. Paid but never got my nails done. Will NEVER go back!! No one there cared about my horrible experience. Poor management. They lost a customer. See photos below. read more

They used to be a good place to come for a quality pedicure but even with a completely empty shop they rushed through the pedicure and was horrible quality. I understand the news to increase prices but should sacrifice quality for your customers. Time to find a new place for a pedicure. read more

I was not overly impressed. This was not my first time getting a full set of pink/white, however, it is probably last time there. My nails ended up being very thick and they didn't take the gel the whole way back to cover my nail. So I needed a fill the day after I left. With that being said, the staff were friendly and the place looked very clean. read more

Very pleased. I have been there several times and they do an awesome job. The place is very clean. Their gel manicures last much longer than at other places. The pedicures include reflexology which is so relaxing. I highly recommend. Prices are comparable with other salons but like I said above the gel lasts an average of 2 weeks longer without chipping or lifting. read more

Wasn't over ecstatic with my visit here. Felt like the workers were very rough with my hands. I felt like the process of him taking off my polish was sloppy. I am realizing after my visit that there is still polish on my fingers? He did not check if my nails were all the same length after filing each nail down. The environment of the place made me want to fall asleep in my chair both because not one employee was chatting with their customers and because there was absolutely nothing going on inside. I can't complain too much with how my nails came out and feel like my guy may have been on the newish side but man I've never been so bored in a nail salon ever and had my polish removed so roughly. This salon is so neat and clean! Very put together and professional! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, they make sure to give each of their clients a bottle of water at the start of their session and make you feel relaxed the entire time. This place was close to home and the staff seemed friendly. I have gone a few times and my experience was not the best but continued to give them one more chance. As time went on, it seemed that they used their accent to confuse customers they have problems with. When a friend called ahead for pricing, they had told her that it would be $30 for a refil. Later, we find out that it was $30 for the nails and another $20 just for the polish. When questioning, they were hard to understand. $50 for a refill is ridiculous. They take their time and do a nice job, but take hours to do it. Slow and overly priced. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. read more

Beware of their price before they provide service. Called ahead for price of a refill. They told me $30. I sent my daughter and her friend and they were charged $50 each. Just visited today with my daughter for the first time. The prices are all clearly marked and a description of services offered is plain and visible on the walls. Nice staff, and they do a great job. I got the first level spa pedicure for $35-the honey one, and they included hot stone massage, leg scrub, honey, lotion, massage, hot towel service, heel treatment, and filed the bottoms of my feet with a rough scrub and file also in addition to the regular pedicure service. My total for the mani and pedi was $47 for me. They used a good amount of products for the price, and i loved the leg massage! We spent an hour and a half there for my daughter and i to get pedicures and manicures. Well worth the time and money. They were all very nice and it was super clean. They give you a bottle of water when you walk in and offer candy if you'd like as well. They have a rewards program. You get 5% back on the punch card/printed rewards card each time you pay in cash and 3% if you pay credit. It's an accumulating amount you can use when you have enough money earned on the card. I'd go back. I used to go to another larger salon down the street but they priced themselves out of my budget. I found my new place! My daughter is 8 and loved the designs they did on each hand and big toes included in her price. Her mani/pedi was $23, and well worth it.They spent alot of time and effort on her as well.
