She repeatedly emphasized that she has worked for Dr. Kraft for 30 years and therefore "knows," instead of listening to my concerns. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should not be spoken to in such a dismissive manner, especially when discussing medical guidance from another physician. The interaction left a very poor impression.

He was very professional and personable and his receptionist was lovely. I have been plagued with spider veins since puberty and, while I like my dermatologist a lot, she's in Manhattan and going to her just takes a long time. (I would later see on their Instagram some months later they got "juvederm" in but a google search revealed the type they got is what anyone can order offline) I waited in the small waiting area for an hour and then was put in a hallway for over an hour with numbing cream. I was back there so long it wore off and needed to be reapplied. When I was eventually seen, the service was rushed and painful. I noticed the filler was in insulin needles (attached a screen cap from their Instagram that is recent within the last couple months) Regardless I went back a couple weeks later for a touch up (another hour plus wait) and Mimi was sick and obviously distracted including checking her phone after she had put gloves on. She proceeded to really only top up one side of my lips leaving them quite uneven. Unfortunately I don't have any close up pictures because I didn't want to look at them honestly. When I went to see and actual plastic surgeon to fix the irregularities- which she noticed right off the bat, she also remarked on lumpiness and possible granulomas/ nodularity. Before they finished, they put me on hold for an extended period of time. At that point, I hung up and contacted Groupon for a refund.
