So it's been probably 6 years now and -_- my lips never dissolved. I am currently scheduled to have a surgery to cut open my lips and remove whatever is left. I received lip filler here last August and am only writing a review now because I have recently seen a real doctor and had the irregularities fixed and a more transparent experience. First, a wait time of over an hour is ridiculous. I should have been tipped off immediately for what I was in for however by the alarmingly cheap price and their inability to tell me what product the filler is, only that it was HA. (I would later see on their Instagram some months later they got "juvederm" in but a google search revealed the type they got is what anyone can order offline) I waited in the small waiting area for an hour and then was put in a hallway for over an hour with numbing cream. I was back there so long it wore off and needed to be reapplied. When I was eventually seen, the service was rushed and painful. I noticed the filler was in insulin needles (attached a screen cap from their Instagram that is recent within the last couple months) Regardless I went back a couple weeks later for a touch up (another hour plus wait) and Mimi was sick and obviously distracted including checking her phone after she had put gloves on. She proceeded to really only top up one side of my lips leaving them quite uneven. Unfortunately I don't have any close up pictures because I didn't want to look at them honestly. When I went to see and actual plastic surgeon to fix the irregularities- which she noticed right off the bat, she also remarked on lumpiness and possible granulomas/ nodularity. I'm just happy it has started to dissolve as I was worried for a while it was silicone because of their inability to inform me of a brand name at the time. read more

OMG literally made an appointment and had to wait for almost 2 hours. I even got here an hour and half before. Very disappointed

First time walking in, the receptionist assistant super sweet & friendly. Since I had no appt I waited about 1hr until the lady (Barbie) that does the lip service was available. She's nice but for ME kinda rough & also rushed the service. She was distracted by another coworker while servicing me & the way she laid me down, it's impossible for her to get to my right side comfortably & As u can see from my pics I feel she put more on my left side than right side, anyways let's see tomorrow how my lips look because right now it's too too swollen. I tipped her $15 cash would've tipped more had I felt more comfortable in the room. Not sure why they allow ppl to walk inside a room while their servicing customers. On another note every Tuesday they have lip augmentation sale 1 syringe for $175 they also give u up to 7days if u want to come back for touch ups it's an addlt $100 instead of paying another $175.00.... This place was absolutely amazing! I came here today with my mom, sister, friend and my boss & we all came out so satisfied!!! I got my lips done with juvaderm by Barbi and she was the BEST. Barbi explained the procedure very thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. I showed her a picture of the look that I was going for and now that the swelling has gone down, I am OBSESSED with them! They're literally perfect. I will be back here in 6-9 months for a touch up! I got lip fillers here done in July 2016, my top lip had many lumps but I figured it'd dissolve on its own because they claimed it was "hyarloaunic acid". Now over 3 years later my lips still looked the same, no filler ever dissolved. I went to an actual RN BSN that does fillers and I had her try to dissolve them. $150 down the drain because it didn't work since they obviously don't use what they're claiming. Save your money don't do any fillers here these people are sketchy and only care about money. read more

The wait time is completely unacceptable. Waiting an hour or more is out of CONTROL. I miss time at work to get here on time and then am waiting for an hour. The service is good but it's also a no frills place. The waiting room is tiny and people really sit in there eating full course meals while they wait. Honestly, the four stars are because despite the wait and the fairly inconsiderate people in the waiting room, they took excellent care of me once I was seen. I would still recommend them to anyone requiring post (plastic surgery) care. read more

I wish I would've read the reviews before spending 500$ on lip fillers that are bumpy and uneven. Waited an hour both times that I went first time doing any fillers so I was nervous and I actually had Mimi do them so I was like alright should be good by the time they saw me the numbing cream had faded so when she injected it hurt and I told her and she straight up ignored me then she proceeded to go on the phone while she was doing it. They don't give you any after care list or anything I had to call them to ask and then google it because they didn't tell me anything for pain. Went in a second time and the receptionist was the one who did the "fixes" I shouldve said no but I had already waited an hour and I just assumed they knew what they were doing my lips are bumpy uneven and when I messaged them about it I got no reply so they don't even take responsibility for this mess. And when I asked someone on the phone they said since I went to the retouch I'd have to pay to do anything else why do I have to pay again when my lips aren't even. They are amazing! I had my surgery in DR so naturally I needed a place to have my post op care. The post op lymphatic massages have speeded up my recovery tremendously. They drain my fluid, gave my ultrasound and carboxytherapy to soften my tissues. They even removed my stitches that didn't completely dissolve. Sarah did all my massages and she is the best and the sweetest. She is also very patient with me and takes her time. I can't say enough about this place. read more

ZERO STARS !!!! Do NOT go here !! I had lip fillers done here and was left with a lump on the bottom right of my lip and lumps on the inside top lip (almost two years out ) I had a friend who went here and had to get steroid shots (from a different Dr )to her lips after getting "juvaderm" I do NOT believe that's what they're injecting their clients with (neither do the two Drs. that's saw us ) when my friend tried getting information about the type of filler they used on her they told her they couldn't get in contact with the seller "they disappeared" on them . I tried having them reimburse me for the hyaluronidase I had done with a Dr from a reputable facility and they also refused as it did not work to dissolve the filler that is left on my lip . I was also speaking to someone through their social media accounts on Instagram as well they said they have "new" owners that are unaware of this and were out of the country .She was pretty rude she deleted the msgs she sent me thinking I didn't see it too! Once she sent it stating it was done two years ago and basically it wasn't their issue anymore so there's nothing they can do . I've gotten in contact with previous reviewers from yelp regarding this facility too and some claim they inject clients with silicone . Whatever it is they're telling you they're putting in you seems to be very unsure. Save your money go to a place that's reputable make sure you know what your being injected with and stay away unless you want to end up with botched lips.
