I am glad I found this MD!! He is superb, very detailed , caring put patient's need first rather than $ , I went to do an eyebag removal surgery. The staff Helen and the front desk staff are friendly and explained the details to me prior my visit. At the office, I brought my young toddler with me , Dr Jen was super friendly with her and the staff even provide assistance to watch my little one while I was having a consultation. Botox. Before Dr Jen came, the assistant/nurse talks to you first about the purpose of your visit and her recommendation. I thought she was quite unhelpful as she was trying to sell me two products when I only needed one, which the doctor later confirmed. The process was quick albeit a bit painful since they didn't apply any numbing cream. Payment can be made by cash or chase quickpay, which is super convenient. read more

The staff on the front desk were very suck! Discriminating against patients! I came there around 3:30 pm, tried to walk in and sign for appointment. Once I walked in, that staff just tell me to get sign in. I told her that this was the first time I came here, and she told me to sign the "paper". And! No pen attached, so i used my own pen ( blue ink)!! She asked if I have any appointment, I answered no. She was getting no patient becAuse I didn't make appointment earlier, sounded like it's very annoying to answer what I asked! She told me to sign that sheet on next time when I come in, and kind of yell to me that I should use black ink. I was like wth? U didn't provide any pen to me and not even told me what I need and should do on next!! Ok, finally I made an appointment! I ask her I would be available after 3:30pm, and she just directly made me a 3:00 pm appointment! Lol!! Hello, was there any difficulties to understand in English? btW, when I tried to leave , they spoke mandarin behind me . Said I was too annoying, bad attitude! It's been several months now since I've seen Dr. Jen so I'm long overdue writing this yelp review but I haven't forgetten what a AMAZING doctor he truly is! I was having recurring nose bleeds that were pretty bad. I had a cauterization years ago and it was excruciating pain so I was hesitant to make an appointment for another cauterization but knew it had to be done. I'm so glad that I chose Dr. Jen. I won't lie and say that the procedure is not painful regardless of who you go to but Dr. Jen is very attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and explains the process thoroughly with a calming demeanor. He always makes sure you are not in pain. I've found Dr. Jen to be an incredibly genuine doctor who can be trusted. Once the procedure was finished, I was relived and knew I was in good hands with Dr. Jen. It's been several months since I've had the procedure done and thankfully haven't had another nose bleed since. Please do not determine a doctor's expertise based on his office staff. A few yelpers were very disappointed with his office staff for one reason or another but that shouldn't sway you from seeing a competent and highly recommended ENT doctor. The nurse that assisted me was very kind and efficient so I can't say that I had a negative experience with a staff member. Dr. Jen, thank you very much for that dreadful day in your office. This is my second time visiting a ENT doctor, my first experience was awful, that doctor on yelp was overrated. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist took my insurance info and I fill out the new patient form. After a few minutes, I was called in by the PA. She asked me my symptoms and she diagnose my condition right away. I was shocked. Whereas the previous ENT pa and doctor didn't do all this?? I was then seen by Dr Jen. Very nice doctor. Very professional. He explained to me my condition and advise me how to clear up my vertigo issue. I am so glad I found a good doctor. Recommend to anyone who needs an ENT doctor. I came here because I had allergies. At first it was fine... we figured out what I was allergic to and what prescription I needed. The doctor wrote out a prescription for me but it was only good for 6 months since that's what my insurance covers per prescription... basically I need a new prescription after six months. My refills ran out and I needed a new one. My pharmacy called and got nothing. I went to them on a Saturday and asked hey what's going on??? The front desk girl looked up my file and saw I had no prescription in file. So I guess I was "magically" filling my prescription. She said she only works weekends and has no idea. She said the best option for me would be to make another appointment. I told her I'm not going to pay a co-pay just for a prescription that you guys said I would have no problem getting last time. Doctor was OK, but his office staff is very inconsiderate. After the treatment course prescribed by the doctor only helped partially, I called the office to talk to the doctor. Had to spend 20 minutes with the secretary who was trying every trick in the book to make me come in again and not let me talk to the doctor. It was the second time I went to this office for simple nose injection job, both times had underwhelming experience and disturbing result. The first time he made me slightly looked like an avatar, and the second time looked like an avatar got into a bar fight punched on the side of the nose, the proportion is very off and crooked, I guess he is a big fan of that movie. Here's what happened-- 1. Long waiting time, I arrived 10 mins before my scheduled appointment, waited for 1 hr to see the doc for 5 mins. 2. He is nice and practices on safety, but I question his expertise on filler injection. It seems that he doesn't know how much filler should go into which spot, like the fact that nose swells in react to the needle, and the material will be absorbed a bit within a few days, so, he just injected a tiny bit on where should be filled and put the rest on a wrong spot, that results in a LUMP on my upper nose after the swell gone. 3.He refused to inject on the columella, (which is a common spot for nose injection, I had that done a handful of times in different places with different doctors, had no problem at all), without this, the nose looks out of proportion. 4. Like all other comments here, some staff are rude and angry, during my long wait time, I witnessed one yelling at another, very unprofessional. 5. They were unclear what brand/product when I asked for quote over phone, also gave me wrong info of which she claimed they only carry one specific product of that type of filler, when I was there, another nurse told me to get another brand for different price. My best advise to people who want to do non surgical nose job: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more
