When I told her the first med was not working she told me there was nothing she could do. By the time I got home (5 min)I had an email telling me I needed a different med for my problem. Obviously she didn't take the time to check incoming reports. Another time I asked for an ekg bc we had a fainting situation. They abruptly told me they did EKG's but I should go to emergency room they couldn't help!!!! Turned out our Dr diagnosed a vagal incident. Very common and not an emergency. Don't waste your time here.

In addition to three tests (Flu, Covid, and Strep), which all came out negative, she checked my lungs, my lymph nodes, etc. etc. She took the time to explain (and print out) what things I had been doing that I should continue, what I should change (and why). She also wrote out a scrip for an anti-biotic, for me to use just in case the new treatments do not have any effect after two more days. She even sent a scrip to my regular pharmacy for some things that are available over the counter, in case that would help me to get them with prescription coverage. So, overall: a great experience while I was feeling pretty crummy. She was professional and empathic. Much more than at urgent care locations, such as Carbon Health. My new go to plan will be to avoid "urgent care" places and go to CVS minute clinics instead.

It's a fast process - walk in, check in on a screen, wait for a representative, fill out minor paperwork, take down insurance info and put a credit card on file. You are then taken to do standard medical procedures, such as weight, height and blood pressure checks. On to my assessment: the PA, Danielle, was very knowledgeable about my issue and was able to offer a variety of solutions, including ordering a prescription for me at my local pharmacy. She reassured me that I can come back in in a few days for other solutions if the results of this visit are not fruitful. Overall, I'm very happy I chose to come here instead of attempting to arrange a doctor's appointment for a later date. I'll have to update this review based on my results and how the price affects me financially. --- Update: I was charged $150 for this visit. My insurance did not cover it.
