The absolute worst service! I called the doctor back after having been seen to say I wasn't getting any better and he asked me why he prescribed steroids for me if I could explain it to him! You're the doctor !!why do I need to explain anything to you and it should all be in my chart. They didn't listen to anything I was saying or how I was feeling. I have been to this location twice. Once for myself and this most recent visit yesterday was with my mother. The staff was professional and the visit was quick on both occasions. My mother was able to get a diagnosis and prescription for antibiotics right away. I'm very happy with this location. Thank you Vybe staff for all you do! I came to Vybe because after having a cold for a few days I was pretty sure that I had bronchitis. I showed up around 11:30 on a Sunday and was in and out in about an hour! The parking lot is big, the waiting room is clean and fancy (charging stations, anyone?) and the registration process takes place using an iPad rather than paper forms (fancy, fancy). Christina was my nurse and her bedside manner was great. She was very caring and made sure to get me some water and to run her tests while keeping my jacket on so I could stay warm. The nurse practitioner, Snow, was super cute and confirmed bronchi inflammation. She prescribed me an inhaler and told me to stick with Mucinex DM. I'd never used an inhaler before so she gave me a tutorial on how to get the best bang for my buck. I've been following Snow's directions and have started to feel better and better each day. The inhaler does indeed help with my breathing. I would absolutely come back to Vybe for any other urgent care needs! read more

from start to finish the team at Ridley is amazing. The only place that my teenager will go to get checked out if something happens. (which seems to be a lot with her.) everyone is always so nice and welcoming and talks to her on her level. My brother and I waited 3 hours to get covid testing and were told that it would only be 30 minutes to an hour. Do not go here if you need to know test results right away. They took awhile to get to us in the room as well. It's ridiculous. Go somewhere else where they aren't rude and dismissive. read more

Wonderful experience. We made an appointment for the wrong date and they still took us in and the wait wasn't very long - about a half hour tops. This was on a late afternoon on a Tuesday. The lady at the front desk was great - my mother has a travel insurance plan which is a bit tricky but she still called and found out the copay & other details. They charged us a nominal copay. The intake person/nurse was great - super friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable immediately. Then came the doctor, she was spectacular, very thorough and explained all of her reasoning really well. Very personable as well. And the nurse who checked us out was the friendliest person I've ever met: so vibrant & bubbly and explained follow-up care really well. She also gave us 3 stickers when I mentioned to her that my daughter would have loved her "cat" name badge. All in all a great experience & we were in and out in an hour. Highly recommend. read more

After checking the website to confirm the services were available I made an appt for my daughter for a school and dmv physical and one missing vaccine she needed. Her pediatrician office is booking 3 months out, and she is almost 18 anyway. Upon entering I was told that she would need an additional test (ppd) which I had no issue with, and they didn't have the vaccine she needed. Was handed back my paperwork and told to go to the minute clinic. The dmv physical could have been fully preformed, and we had no issue coming back in to have a ppd read. Super weird. read more

I came in here so sick last wednesday, they swore up and down I had COVID-19. Before I came in I have already previously got a COVID-19 test which came back negative so I did not know what was wrong. They told me I had to get another test, that I probably have COVID-19, I need to get a vaccine etc. I just went to another urgent care and turns out I have Pneumonia. They did not help me at all here, I could have died if I didn't decide to go to another urgent care. read more

If I could choose "0" as a score I would. We took my 10 month old grandson who was visiting from out of town here because he had a fever and was miserable. I suspected he had an earache and so we took him here to have him checked out. They checked his ears and said he just had a virus. They gave him a COVID test, charged us for that and the visit. His behavior didn't improve and 24 hours later we took him to PM Pediatrics in Springfield. The doctor took a look at his ears and said he had a DOUBLE ear infection. Do NOT use this "medical" facility if you or a family member is sick. Go to an ER or another facility with good reviews. The medical credentials of the Vybe staff should be investigated. read more

Had an appt for a quick covid swab and still waited for 45 mins to be seen. PA was rude. My oxygen level was below the normal threshold, she blamed it on faulty equipment and said "we expect a higher oxygen number from people your age but... you're fine". Being that i was getting tested for covid, i don't think they should just be brushing off low oxygen levels being that it is a RESPIRATORY VIRUS. Refused my partner service for a rapid Covid test when he had made an appointment. A small group of people found out they could have been exposed and not a single person that went before my partner were refused service. Disappointed is an understatement. We're in a pandemic and someone willing to pay for a test for the safety of others just shouldn't be refused. read more

I had a very disturbing experience. I arrived with my crying baby who was in great pain (due to a possible ear infection). We checked in and waited. There were no other people, staff or patients in the building. While waiting we saw (who I originally thought was the janitor due to his appearance) the doctor throwing up in a trashcan and then walking into the Lounge and lay down. After 15 minutes he walked out and motioned to the receptionist 'no', shaking his head. He then walked out of the building. After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes my husband asked the receptionist if the doctor was in the back with someone else. She advised that there was a 'wait'. We questioned what the wait was for. She said the doctor was on break. We asked if the man that walked out of the building (after throwing up and taking a quick nap) was the doctor. She said it was. All the while my baby was crying in pain and had been completely ignored by both staff members. Obviously upset and worried for the quality of care our child would receive, we left the building and went to another urgent care facility in Springfield, PA. They saw us quickly, even with a waiting room of about 5 people, and diagnosed our child and provided a prescription. I am outraged by the lack of professionalism and lack of simple caring shown towards us. Seeing the doctor looking hung-over, throwing up in front of us, leaving the building and ignoring us as my child cried was disgusting. I want to warn everyone from going to this facility. I have reached out trying to get a hold of anyone in management and have not received a single response. read more

The nurse practitioner was late arriving. While waiting for the nurse practitioner I could have filled out paperwork, but was given it after her arrival. With no other patients we waited entirely too long. Arrived at 8:00 a.m. departure approximately 1 1/2 hours later. The nurse practitioner immediately made assumptions about me that were incorrect had she let me finish my sentence she would have realized she was incorrect she stepped over a line. She not only made verbal assumptions but also had a prescription called into my pharmacy without my knowledge or approval. Needless to say the prescription was denied by my husband, smart man. Once more this facility has changed hands, when I asked if doctors whether OD or MD service the facility the answer was evasive then finally the answer was rarely. I can understand why this facility has changed hands a few times, I will be on alert to see how they bill my insurance company. read more
