She has limitations on comprehension of social and business dealings and suffers from severe anxiety. I help her in her affairs. She was brave enough to go into this Jacksonville, FL southside location, and was humiliated and denied an account because she could not express her needs. She was dismissed and told she was a scammer. She dialed me on the phone to assist and the representative was yelling at her to hang up the phone. I requested a local branch manager and a corporate manager call, me and no one returned my call. I sent an email to the CEO, Brent Lister and nothing. I called the branch manager Cori VanArsdale and finally got a call back. I explained the situation and was told she would get back to me. She has not! I really question if they have a bad apple in the rep that my sister encountered, or if this is a trickle down from management. As a past retired business owner my reputation in my industry was of great importance. Can you please all people? Certainly not. But there are consequences for action and in business, wrongs need to be made right. A simple apology and concern goes a long way. Train your people or get them out of servicing the public. Treat people with disabilities with some level of compassion.

This whole Chase branch's is getting worse on all services…read more I had and have been with Chase for more than 10 years in doing business with it, but every time I try to use their services that's what happen: 1- Nobody is available 2- No Personal Bankers 3- On any circumstances, appointments only. 4- People that working on the branch's seems to be unhappy. 5- Nobody to support you to get a Business Loan even after your documentations is in place. 6- For a investments accounts Im not even going to mention how everyone are unprepared and unprofessional, specially the higher people that work there.

However, when I went to the Navy app to check my balance and transactions, they claimed the transaction went through. The transaction did NOT go through on my end or the airlines ends. When I called to dispute the $1700 transaction because it DIDN'T go through. They informed me it can take up to 120 days to get my money back. I don't have 120 days to fix YOUR screw up. I need to buy the tickets NOW. These people were NOT helpful when trying to correct their wrong doing. Back to All In I go. I highly recommend any other CU over these guys. I want to add: All In will replace any disputed funds back into your acct while they investigate. Navy refused to do that.

I'm surprised by some of the negative statements as all my family and many friends use NFCU and wouldn't dare go elsewhere. Always great. I've been hacked twice and NFCU was quick to stop the stupidity, take control and issue me new cards, get my funds restored VERY fast, and get us back to normal.
