I was trying to make an online purchases, they sent/text me a verification code to verify it was me, I put the code in, and the card was declined. However, when I went to the Navy app to check my balance and transactions, they claimed the transaction went through. The transaction did NOT go through on my end or the airlines ends. When I called to dispute the $1700 transaction because it DIDN'T go through. They informed me it can take up to 120 days to get my money back. I don't have 120 days to fix YOUR screw up. I need to buy the tickets NOW. These people were NOT helpful when trying to correct their wrong doing. Back to All In I go. I highly recommend any other CU over these guys. I want to add: All In will replace any disputed funds back into your acct while they investigate. Navy refused to do that.

I'm surprised by some of the negative statements as all my family and many friends use NFCU and wouldn't dare go elsewhere. Always great. I've been hacked twice and NFCU was quick to stop the stupidity, take control and issue me new cards, get my funds restored VERY fast, and get us back to normal. Peggy is especially good. She is always sincerely eager to help. I have only had one claim since signing up with the Denny Doyle office. They resolved the claim with zero stress to me. I have found this to be the norm for most State Farm offices as I have policies in other states with two other offices. There is cheaper insurance, but I hesitate to make a change, lest I lose the reason I have insurance in the first place: That is to have someone who will "have my financial back" when I need them.

They are exceptionally responsive both in the pre-sales initial qualifying process and then of course during the actual purchase process. I had used them when I was local in Jacksonville but I recently moved out of town and I still used them for a new home and everything went great, I now have a beautiful new home thanks to TrustLine. As far as the other negative review about not knowing where a closing is, that is clearly the Realtor's responsibility, not your Mortgage lenders. TrustLine worked great with all parties, my Realtor, Insurance agent and myself. I look forward to working with TrustLine again in the near future for my next investment property!

They don't talk to each other in the office and they don't let their client know anything! They didn't even tell me where the closing was. My wife and I showed up at their office and were informed the closing was somewhere else, luckily it was in the same building. Everyone I had been dealing with were out of the office when my closing was scheduled, and no one even stopped in during the process. I used them to try and keep my business local, should have used and internet company. Never even got a thank you for my business. And the bonus to all this is they lost two pieces of sensitive information, including a copy of my w-2. If I have any issues with identity theft I will be asking them how they plan on fixing it.
