I followed up by phone & learned fir first time (not via there website or a recorded message on their answering recording - that they set up a consult for a fee & work by the hour. That is fine & I wanted to schedule. I asked how the electric switches that may need to be moved could be addressed. They do not do that. So then they said I would need to take all the work elsewhere & hung up on me. I had a wood fence previously installed by another contractor and it not only looked horrible, but it also failed my county inspection and wasn't up to code. I only had a few weeks to get this rectified and was referred to Muscle Fence to help me. Dan met me the same day I spoke with him on the phone and had my old fence down and new one up a week later. Not only does it look beautiful, but it passed inspection with flying colors and my neighbors love my fence. I have text messages confirming the order. It's now been six weeks and Heights says they no longer do that work despite their prior promises. They claim they had no way to know I had been promised this since they fired the employee who represented them. Evidently they do not keep records or adequately manage their employees since no one advised me my order was not going to be fulfilled and the installation was not going to take place. Terrible experience. They dropped the ball and take no responsibility.
