I will not be going back. I came in just to get acrylics that I had done elsewhere removed. The male nail tech who's name I didn't catch clipped the tips off and began ripping the acrylic off my nail beds without even soaking them. I had to request that I wanted to soak my nails in acetone to soften the acrylic before he did that. My nails were then filed down so thin that half of them look purple. I could've removed them better myself at home but came here for the convenience figuring they could do it faster than I could at home. Save yourself ruining your nails and go elsewhere. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had when getting my nails done. The girl that did my nails did everything but what i'm used to. She did a terrible job applying the gel for my acrylics and was super rough to the point that my cuticles were bleeding. She also filed my nails after they were done, making them look a week old. Do not waste your time or money. I went in to have dip and fake tip put on. it took and hour and a half versus the typical 45 min. My nails turned out horrible. After one day, one chipped and the top coat on the others started to come off. After I was told there are absolutely no refunds,so I went to take another half an hour to go get a fix. My nail tech took my fake tip nail off by pulling it, not with acetone which was so painful. My nails do not look any better but I thought I would give it a try. Just not worth it. read more

I was pretty disappointed with my dip manicure. I had "Rose" who my roomate recommended to me. I made an appointment with her, and she rushed the whole time. She kept stopping to look at her phone when it rang like 4 times. When I got home I had to FIX my nails. She filed them unevenly and didn't even notice because she was rushing so much. She didn't even clean the excess from under and around my nails the skin around my fingers were basically glued to my nail. After I cleaned them up myself they looked nice and stayed well. However, I shouldn't have to go home and fix my nails after paying to get them done. Will not be returning. read more

I love this salon, I've gone every time I get my nails done since they've opened. The staff is lovely and can almost always fit you in. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the Dip Powder! The use an off brand that is supposed to match but it doesn't! (I googled it). The last time I was there I chose a pinkish color, the powder was pink, the nails... purple. I went in on a thursday to get a acrylic gel fill. Rose was the one who did them and when we walked in we were greeted so nicely by Lynn and I had high hopes of the place from the reviews. But when I looked at the finished product they were filled completely uneven not even close to the cuticle. So I went back 3 days later to show them how unevenly and carelessly they were filled and Lynn had no problem with it she was very nice and polite. Rose again did my nails and tried to say that "my nails grow very fast." 3 days looked like 2 weeks on some of them. I expected her to refill them but all she did was put polish on top. Last year, me and my roommate came to this location decently satisfied. We came again, and were extremely disappointed. We asked for 2 pedicures & one fill. Two days after her pedicure, she developed severe athletes foot, which doesn't seem like a coincidence. During my fill, I asked for a daisy. Which, may have been a little complicated but I just asked for any flower. She said she cut my nails "too short to do a flower" and offered Mickey Mouse instead. I wasn't sure how she could do Mickey Mouse but not a flower? Just do some stripes or something. She couldn't even do that. I said, you know what it's fine. Just do plain glitter. I cannot BELIEVE how complicated it was to do a design that I wasn't even being picky about. She mumbled "I just wasted 15 minutes doing that," which isn't even my issue but she made me feel like it was. My nails are supposed to be coffin, but are SUPER uneven & not even the same lengths. There is fuzz in my nails on my right hand that I asked her multiple times to get out, which she even said herself "I don't know why there's so much dust!!" My nails look terrible, don't know how this place is still running. read more

Anyway, I got greeted by a friendly hello and asked what service I wanted I said I wanted a full set Acrylic with gel, she told me pick a color while you wait it'll be about 20min and I chose "pina colada" it's a very pale pink color (LOVE it) 20 minutes pass and I got the privilege of having ROSE as my nail technician, she was very sweet and she gotter done! Very quick too and beautiful work. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I'm pleased with the outcome! So thanks yet again to your staff, I will be coming back more often. read more

I was truly disappointed after looking at the reviews that appeared to show a quality nail salon. I was excited to try something that was close. I was greeted by a nice young woman who was extremely helpful and sweet. I was then taken to the pedicure chair where I got the shortest pedicure I've ever gotten. I got a gel pedicure $41.00, where more time was taken taking off the gel polish than the actual pedicure. I was cut 3 different times (green ointment was applied), the water was cold, the toenails were cut WET so they are jagged and extremely thin from all the filing, I had to ask for the pumice stone for scrub, and zero to little massage was given. I'm extremely disappointed and hope it was the nail technician and not the Salon itself. For close to $50.00 with tip, I am extremely dissatisfied. read more

I've been three times and each time was a terrible experience. They're always so rude and have some slick comments to say. For example, I came on time for my appointment and I sat there for a few minutes waiting for the girl to finish. When I went up to her she asked me if I picked my color and I said no because everywhere else I go they bring me the colors.... she then laughed and told me "so you just sat there for nothing" in a nasty tone. Last time I went (which will be my last) the guy who was doing my nails laughed and said my forehead was red because I just got my eyebrows done....I have sensitive skin so obviously my skin is going to be red. Just so unnecessary. He was also rough on my nails which made cuts on my skin as you can see in the pictures. He also walked away from me like 20 times to cough and it sounded like he was going to puke. They also way overcharged me but I didn't think about it till after the fact because I just wanted to get out of there at that point. Was very excited to try this new nail place with my friends. I was the first of my friends to try and have to say was very disappointed. I walked in and asked for a fill for dip powder which usually takes 45 min. I was there for almost 2 hours. The first guy that attended me was nice at first and when I told him what I wanted I don't think he understood and then I tried to explain more and he just kept taking off from the length. Then at the end he was giving me attitude and laughing in my face. Then another employee had to step in and correct his work which I was charged for on top of the actual fill. Everyone in the nail salon could see that I was dissatisfied and they just dismissed my feelings. I will not be recommending this place to any one of my friends that live in the area.
