Got right in for a repair on vacation. Everyone is so nice and the salon is beautiful.

Went at 3pm and it was completely closed. There are no hours posted at all, only a phone number. When I called the phone number, no one answered. It just kept ringing. We went across the street to another smaller nail salon and the 4 women that just sat down at the pedicure stations said they had an appointment at VIP but no one showed up. Understand that things happen but with there being no hours on the door and no one to answer the phone I fell that this might happen more often than desired. read more

My husband and I visited for our annual Anniversary pedicure and were thoroughly impressed. The spa is exceptionally clean with very friendly staff. We went with the basic pedicure but there are 5 different options to choose from at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back next year! read more

The pros is that it was very clean and used plexiglass and masks were required. I liked that they were open on Christmas Day. The cons was that the manicure I received took 1 1/2 hours in the chair. This was just a standard gel/shellac manicure. I arrived with no polish on and it still took forever. I've never had a manicure take an hour and a half. Turned out ok but not great. Kinda thick and bumpy. Nice people but wouldn't go back. read more

My wife and I came in for pedicures while visiting the area. We walked in with no appointment and got seated immediately. The employees are all extremely friendly and very helpful in selecting the right experience for your visit. Our pedicure was very affordable. I had a Horrible gel manicure across the street & went in to VIP to see if they could fix it. Kevin spent the next hour and a half getting the bad manicure off, giving my nails a treatment to repair the damage and remanicuring and repolishing them. He did a great job, made them all pretty again & was super nice. Plus, he knew I was boiling mad and was very supportive and calming! I know they're just nails but i had gorgeous nails before the woman at the other place butchered and messed them up. The place was clean & there was ample parking but the $40 ($35 + $5 tip) gel manicure was a huge waste of money. There was an abnormal amount of gel near the cuticle on all of the nails so a week later when my nails grew a fraction of an inch, the polish all peeled away & the entire gel manicure was ruined. The people were nice but the spa was also having electrical issues while I was there & I had to move chairs because the gel dryer wouldn't work & the TV kept going in and out. Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed with the manicure. read more

Truly amazing vacation experience! I took my mom here during our vacation to FMB so she could get a pedicure and I could get a full set of acrylics. Although they didn't have the original color that I wanted, they were super accommodating and helped me find a similar style to achieve the same look-- very knowledgeable in terms of nail shapes and styles. My mom also had a very soothing time as they were super understanding of her sensitivity and foot pain. Called ahead on Christmas Day to make an appointment and was surprised they were open. Made our appointment for a Friday morning at 9:30 and we were the first there. Three of us each had different manicures. My mom got a regular one which she was pleased with and I had the gel. Both done by Cynthia who helps during the busy season. She was fantastic and truly knows her stuff. She was educating me on why my nails respond a certain way depending on how they are done by the nail tech. She could tell that there was too much filing and told me I had nail fungus on my toe and how to remedy it. She even schooled me on the proper way to apply gel nail polish. She was immediately responsive to a couple nails that had a bump or bubble and fixed them. I enjoyed our conversation and she tried to connect. Kevin was the other technician who did my daughter's dip manicure. He was also very good, funny, and again really tried to make conversation. Since it was the first time we experienced the dip polish process he was great at answering our questions and was honest about two clients who came in prior that needed their dip manicures redone due to different reasons. He offered my mom and I mimosas and water for my daughter. There was another trio who came in to get pedicures. They did need to wait a little bit since Kevin and Cynthia were the only ones working that morning, but it wasn't long before Kevin assisted them. I've read reviews where people felt as though the technicians at other salons were rushing. Neither Kevin nor Cynthia rushed and they were attentive. I also think making reservations is important and suggest trying to go earlier in the day or during a time when it isn't so busy. I've been to plenty of other places where it feels rushed, especially just before closing. If you want a pleasant experience, give yourself and them time so that you can ensure a good experience. read more
