We've had a wonderful experience with Childtime over the past year after our previous center unexpectedly closed. From the very beginning, Ms. Karen and Ms. Esperanza were incredibly welcoming, reaching out before our tour and taking the time to answer all of our questions during a stressful transition. We were especially grateful they were able to accommodate us so quickly. Since then, every teacher has shown so much kindness, care, and genuine love for our child. They've gone above and beyond - celebrating his birthday, supporting him through potty training, and helping him grow into the happy, talkative, and curious toddler he is today. My handsome little man has been so happy at Childtime since his first day there at just 8 weeks old! The teachers are so kind and sincerely care about my son. They are very interactive, using an app. that allows you to follow your child's day (naps, meals, diapers) and send pictures and videos throughout the day! We love Childtime! After a recent cross country move we had to find a welcoming place for our children. We searched high and low interviewing and visiting many possibilities and in the end chose Childtime. They have met and exceeded all of our expectations so far. The staff is top of the line from the teachers, admin, helpers and everyone in between. The summer program was great for my older child as the kids got to stay active and try so many new things. I love that every day I get a detailed summary of the days activities, what they ate, when they slept etc. Childtime also sends things home including pictures, projects and now going into the school year, homework to continue the learning. I see a true commitment from everyone there to really get to know each and every little one that passes thru their doors and give them an educational and caring experience every day. As a teacher and first time mother, I was apprehensive about leaving my four month old upon my return to work. The staff in the infant room did such a wonderful job easing my nerves and keeping our little guy safe and happy. That first day, I knew I found a gem when all the staff knew my name as I came in and were letting me know how his first day went. That level of personal caring has only continued. I am never wondering how his day is going, because I can quickly check their app and see when he was changed, ate, or even took a nap. When we moved to Naperville from the city a year ago, a huge priority for us was finding a child care facility that would live up to our expectations. Childtime has not only lived up to those expectations, but has exceeded them. The Center is warm & inviting, the staff is friendly and nurturing and the curriculum is excellent. Our daughter seems to be ahead in many of the developmental milestones and I give much credit to what she's being taught at Childtime. I was very pleasantly surprised by this school. I went in for a tour and wasn't expecting much since I haven't heard anything about them. I was shocked at how great I felt about it. I went in without an appointment and they were welcoming and very happy to see us. I had my two children and she made sure to get to know their names and then gave us a tour of the school. I thought that the kids seemed to be treated nicely and I was surprised by how much artwork was up and as I looked at the dates I could see that they were all very recent. The kids must be busy and well cared for. The only downside I saw in this place was the lack of organic food. I feed my kids all organic and they were fine with me bringing my own milk, etc it just seemed like it may be more work than I want. I still may send them here since this was one of the best places I toured. read more
