Their daily communications were welcomed and the job was well supervised and every trade they used (plumber, tile, electrician, shower glass, cabinets, etc.) were experts. They gave us everything we wanted. No detail was overlooked. Punch list item were handled promptly and without question. Every member of their team worked efficiently and neatly and were skilled at what they did. They were a dream to work with. I will give them the highest recommendation possible without hesitation. He had this job completed in 2 days!! They did such a great job that I was comfortable with them doing work in my own home. In my home they replaced the horrible shag carpet and demoed my tile and replaced it all with engineered hardwood flooring. They also stained my stairs to match the new hardwood floors. They had this job completed in 3 days!! I am in love with the finished product!!!! Daniel is a dream to work with. He is always on time and if he is running a little late he will let you know way in advance. Just to show you what a nice person he is while at my home he noticed my front door handle was installed backwards (my DIY attempt gone wrong. LOL!!) He had one of his workers fix it. I didn't even have to ask him to fix it. Other companies would have seen it and not tell me it was installed wrong, let alone repair it. I would give more stars if I could. I have only used them for my floors, but if I need him for anything else (tile, painting, lighting, kitchen replacement) I will definitely contact Malveira Home Renovation. If we filed a restraining order, please send us the paper work we served you with...oh, you can't, because it didn't happen. We never touched the tile, which is the basis for this review, before you stopped responding to me. I actually did send all evidence to Yelp Guarantee and they agreed to send back $2500 based on our evidence. Once that occurred, we got another company to demo the shower and the 24 X 48 tiles literally fell off the walls. I see that you changed the name and filed for a business license on 12/31/2024 (after you were last on our property mid-December). Congratulations. Remember in the state of GA, when you don't do the work yourself (since your knees are bad, remember?), you need a contractor's license for jobs over $2500.
