I found BJ on Yelp and gave him a call. I sent him pictures and he provided a more than reasonable quote on the same day. Lucky for me, he was able to come out the next day to do the work. On the work day, everything went as planned. BJ removed the old, cracked mud, sanded the walls, added new mud to the walls, sanded the mud, and then painted. In total, the work time was about 4 hours. I'm giving Thumbs Up Repair five stars because BJ responded quickly, showed up to do the work (a lot of people don't show up), and did a great job. I plan to have him come back to paint the inside and outside of my house as well as replace my kitchen countertops. He can do a lot of work, and I'm so glad I found him!

Peach Design responded quickly online and came the next day to give a quote in person. After agreeing to go with their company on Friday, they started the flooring the following Tuesday and finished it the next day (Wednesday). They communicated clearly, were responsive to our questions, and were very professional. The LVT they recommended was commercial grade which was much thicker and sturdier than what we previously had. The quote they gave was comparable to others but the reason we chose them was they noticed that there was a concern about our existing floor not being level which they planned to address during their install. Our new floors look and feel great! We would highly recommend Michael and his team!

I first called and spoke with Javier who asked me to text him pics etc. he got back to me the same day. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he was very detailed about the questions asked me. This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'd most definitely hire him for any work I need in the future.

He diagnosed the problem as a small leak in the roof and went about fixing that, testing it to make sure the leak didn't reoccur and then he did a beautiful job, patching sanding and painting the ceiling such that I cannot even tell where the repair occurred. I would highly recommend him as he was more than easy to work with, very communicative, and very fair on his pricing. An important consideration for me was that he was able to do this within a timeframe of three days prior to my next guest arriving. I am so appreciative to Javier for all his excellent work. They also used paint thinner to remove the glue which dulled the floor. Furthermore they would not take responsibility their actions. I had 4 experts look in person and they said they used way too much glue and you should never use paint thinner to remove the glue. I ended up having to pay someone to re-coat a brand new floor.

I was referred to this company from a handyman that was doing some work on my home. I spoke to the…read moreowner of the company. His name is Victor. Unfortunately, he had convinced me that he would be able to come out and upgrade my electric panel since I had multiple electrical things that I had added with a renovation I'm a general contractor so I'm always looking really good people to support me for the multiple properties that I work on annually. So I look forward to working with him, and he was very strong his supportive of upgrading my panel to a 200 panel and one of the homes were renovating When he arrived, he had a worker that called me or connected with me and told me that I did not need to have the upgrade. I was concerned because I felt like if he just added in double breakers to give me more room in the panel that it still would be a lot of taxation on the electrical needs of that house was pulling, but he assured me it would not. After they finished the work, I did pay them feeling that they were competent and understood the needs of the work that I was trying to accomplish. The next day, I got to the house and realized that my HVAC system had not been connected to the panel and they insisted that it had been. So I ended up spending $250 calling out an HVAC person to look at the HVAC system. Should there be an issue with the Hvac. He quickly identified that they did not connect all of the electrical into the panel. He connected it for me and then the Hvac worked without a problem but here I have now lost another $250 due to their lack of being responsible with basic electrical for this panel and connecting the HVAC I reached out to them on this and shared the issue and I was unable to get any responses back. I spent multiple times reaching out to them and nothing came back for any kind of response from Victor. Who did this work for me. Further to that I had an electrician come out to do some work for me to run wiring for a hot tub and he stated to me that they should have upgraded the panel with GFCI breakers, and it was not a good thing that they had left me with the original panel doubling up breakers because he said that we were drawing too much power and more than likely this will cause damage and I'll have to upgrade this panel in the near future They charge me almost as much to do the job of doubling breakers up as it would've been to replace the panel, and I feel very misled and absolutely out more money because of mistakes that they made. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company because they will not respond to you when they make do not care about making things right. If I had called them back in the near future to do work for 10 or $15,000 which I had planned to do on our next job that we're working on I could've lost so much more with this company. They will not call you back. They do not care and they will just come in and get the quick buck and leave you hanging if their work is not done correctly. Please, please please stay far away from this company.
