I honestly could not have chosen a better bodyshop to fix my car after a very traumatic accident. The staff at Salemi's was very helpful and informative along the repair process, especially Tony who oversaw the full repair of my car. Tony helped keep me updated along the way with any and all changes, such as additional supplements which he handled directly with the insurance company. I really appreciated Tony's professionalism and attention to detail as it really helped make this the smoothest experience during such a stressful time. You could tell Tony is meticulous because he took care of my car as if it were his own. My accident required an entire facelift as well as body and roof damage. I have over 5+ years of auto body experience myself and pay extremely close attention to detail when it comes to aligning panels on a vehicle as well as color matching. Tony's alignment of the panels replaced on my vehicle including the hood were perfect. His paint work really blew me away with matching the metallic flakes and pearl. The blend was perfect and I couldn't even tell that my car had been worked on. My paint is not an easy color to match, being a very unique metallic pearl white. I'll be recommending Salemi's to all my friends and family who need bodywork done on their vehicles. Was in a recent accident and had front end damage-low impact ($7000 in damage this time, expensive but parts for a Lexus GS are usually going to be) but insurance paid for the damages. Car was still drivable. I had my bumper repaired by the Lexus recommended body shop (I think it's called autonation body shop now) in the past and was not impressed. It was probably $1000 worth of damage and had to go back 3 times to the lexus recommended dealership to get my bumper fixed and lined up (very annoying, like they didn't know what they were doing). I read the reviews before I decided to take my car to Salemi's. Salemi's had great reviews and autonation had crappy reviews (a lot of customers experienced the same thing I had with autonation). I took a chance on Salemi's and did not regret it. The accident wasn't my fault and I had a rental until it was fixed so no big deal. Mike did a fantastic job to get as much original parts as possible and he also had some body work done which was very reasonable that I paid out of pocket for. Let me say I was VERY!!!! satisfied with the repair job and service. I would definitely return back if I had to get body work done again. My headlight went out 2 weeks later (bulb burned out) Tony the manager took care of me. The staff, service and Job was beyond my expectations. Had a recent service done at the lexus dealership and they wanted to buy my car and couldn't tell it was even in an accident. Hope this helps all those thinking of taking their car in. I was not expecting much as far as customer service. But Salemi's definitely wowed me. They set me up in my rental car and were very quick in repairing the damage done to my car. I called Salemi's to see if they would paint a door handle for my car. From the first phone call to the finished product, the employees from the reception desk to the technicians were so friendly and willing to help. I expected to have bad attitudes because it was such a small job and I'm sure more of a pain than it was worth to them. I was SO pleasantly surprised.
