The second I looked them up on Angi. Someone called me and the ball was rolling instantly. I communicated with Allison and she kept me up-to-date on everything and let me know when one of the guys was coming out. A fantastic, friendly and easy person to work with. Jeremy was the first one to come, and he was very personable and seemed genuine from the second he came in. He offered us different options, gave us some opinions, but ultimately left it up to us. When we asked about the chances of it being put in before Thanksgiving, he said he felt very good about it, could not promise anything, but would do his very best. The carpet was just installed today and it looks amazing. Chris is the one who came out to make sure everything was measured the way we wanted how much carpet vs floor would show. He did the installation. Promptly here at 10:00 am. He was beyond incredible. Not only did he once more walk us through everything before he started, but he fixed a small issue we have been having with our top step where there is a decent gap between the stair and the wood, We have not been able to fix it. He said he could take a look at it for us and he fixed it. Then on his own without any asking he went and re-glued some of our spindles that were just loose. When you would walk down the stairs, they would make a little rattling sound, but he fixed that for us on his own time. I would recommend them 100%. They were spot on, great communicators, very personable and did a fantastic job.

Our…read morefloors are still looking great after three years of wear and tear with three kids and two dogs. The guys who did the floors were so courteous. They made it safe for us to walk on the floors after the old ones were ripped up before the new ones were put down. The bathroom remodel demo all happened when we were out of town. Came home to absolutely no mess, and lots of the new bath installed. We love the fun tile border and the tiled wall-so easy to keep clean! This different team of guys was also great! They will be doing our master bath in a few months, and we're very glad that this company is completing another big project for us. We've had no problems at all with any aspect of their service or our remodels. Love them!

They tell you one thing, then deny ever having said it. Customer service and satisfaction with at least one of the "family members" is very very poor. Went elsewhere the next day. Much better experience. Also, should be noted, Brewers installed our entire upper level of carpeting ten years ago. Put large hole in hallway wall and carpet began to buckle two years later. They claimed it ran out of the warranty after first year, to have it stretched. The installers at that time were very nice, patched the wall and repeatedly apologized. Thought we would give them a second chance and since family owned, give business to them. No way! I highly recommend anywhere else but this store.

It turned out that the contractor had installed a variety of electrical switches and outlets at a variety of levels which all needed to be set straight before the tiling could be done. I was very glad that we had called in a true expert instead of going with the contractor for the work. Jason was terrific to work with and his work has held for over 10 years. Meanwhile, the grout and calking done by a contractor in the bathroom has been redone several times and has never looked as good or held up well. I am now hoping that the Backsplash Company will do my bathroom tile.

Disappointed with our project and the quartz that we picked from ProSource. We picked out a…read morebeautiful piece of "Rugged Concrete" quartz for a 9ft counter in our add on and 100% renovated kitchen. We picked the quartz based on a sample that was shown to us by them. It was never suggested that the color could vary as much as 90% from what we were actually seeing. It was never suggested that we should go look at the slab because of course we would have for such a large investment. Waited over 4 months to be disappointed with what we received. Immediately contacted ProSource. It was a long 3 month process only to be disappointed at the end as ProSource contacted Hallmark who then contacted Caesarstone. Not one of these companies wants to take responsibility for the misrepresentation of the quartz. They and have offered us a "discount". No idea what the discount is. No one has been in contact. Very sad, and disappointed with customer service and ruining a project that I have waited a lifetime for. 3 Like
