STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Ordered a $60 case of Purell hand sanitizer back in March when the pandemic began. Didn't hear anything for several weeks so emailed them to cancel the order if it wasn't going to be delivered soon. No response. Fast forward five months later, and I receive--and get billed for--a case of hand sanitizer I no longer want or need. And it's not even Purell! Our company was considering a switch to WB Mason. We opened an account and ordered a trial order to see how it went. Part of the order came the very next day which was great. One item ordered still has not arrived and it has been way over the 10 day limit. My emails to our representative are now going unanswered although, the rep did answer our emails at first. Guess we are just out of the cost of the item and learned a lesson. We will not be switching to WB Mason as considered! read more
