Mike gives free range dropping in every ten minutes or so to see if you have any questions. He has the no BS, no hassle, low key attitude that you want in a salesperson. To Richele and Vanessa who are extremely nice and show that they really do love what they do. They were in constant contact with us to make sure everything went smooth. To Kevin T, guy who came out to our house and did template, you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to come over and let into your house. Very knowledgeable and respectful. To a young man who we didn't get his name, but he actually helped us with picking a much nicer color that suited our project better, it didn't matter to him that the one he sold us was actually cheaper then the one we were initially looking at. Very nice and helpful, thank you so much for not letting me make a mistake. To the guys who cut our counters when wife and I picked them out, they would always say hi to us when they saw us walking around looking, as to make us feel welcomed and not bothering them. And finally the installers, these guys John Jr. and Jacgues were the best of the best!!! Absolutely an awesome experience. They were supposed to be done June 10th, but they were done June 29th. For floors and countertops, work was very sloppy and everything was done without care, you had to be on top of them to address any details. Honestly, you are better off paying a little more and less headaches along they way. If you decide to go with them, it will take double the time they say, it will be sloppy work, and you have to get mad at them to get anything done.

I wanted the carpet installed immediately after I closed . I went to The Carpet Store to pick out and purchase carpet. I went early on a Saturday morning. This place is a warehouse not really a "store". Several people were available to help fairly quickly. One to take the plans I brought in and attempt to measure, the other to help us select carpet. I did not know what I was getting myself into because I had no idea there were so many options and the entire process was confusing. From which brand, which material, which padding and the most difficult decision, which color... I was not prepared but I knew I was making a decision that day. Two hours later, I knew a bit more about carpet and padding and stain resistance, etc. We put down a $1000 deposit so they would make an appointment to measure which was scheduled the next week, once they measured, the carpet was ordered and took about a week and half to come in. Long story short, we did not close on the Townhouse and were refunded $750 of the $1000 deposit that was for approximately $3000 worth of carpet. We have about 6 months to use the $250 credit. I am giving 4 stars because this was a difficult process and I have nothing to compare to. The Carpet Store did a pretty good job helping us through it he process. I think!
