(Also he had a sticker on it) He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering. I was glad to hand him the check. The owner came out himself. It ended up still needing a replacement, and Plain City had the best communication with us. We ended up going with them even though they didn't have the lowest price, because they were trustworthy. Again, the owner came out and did all the work himself. He arrived when he said he would and took the time he said he would take. The work was completed on time, and he left the area clean. A really nice company that I would not hesitate to use again.
