I've recently had an unpleasant experience while getting a massage from this place. I requested a 90-minute combination massage. Which turned out to be extremely painful. My masseuse applied too much pressure and was very rough. Which sent sharp pains throughout my body. I informed her plethora of times that it was too much pressure and that the massage hurt. However, the massage only got worse. She only had two techniques while massaging my back. The door was open the entire time. So I was able to hear everything. Which made it difficult to relax. On top of that, she sneezed on me twice while massaging my legs. I was disgusted and couldn't wait for it to be over. After she was done, I experienced intense soreness. Which made it difficult for me to put my clothing back on. Two days later, and I'm still sore. read more

Wow, forcing to tip is crazy ($35), didn't even do the massage that well, and forcing to tip twice is crazy because she didn't get the Zelle notification as my girl proceeded to show her that it went through on our end. Acting "nice" with water not gonna make us come back at all. Period. $155 down the drain for a weak massage and a for a $30 massage. They charged 125 for me and my girl and ended up paying $155. I went on Mother's Day for a massage that was supposed to be 60 minutes and it was more like 45. The technician left the room many times, took a phone call in the middle of massaging me, went and checked people in and out. I get it was a busy day but if they couldn't accommodate appointments they should have said that. I came to relax for Mother's Day and it was the most stressful experience I've had getting a massage. So I was in town on a business trip and have had a terrible tension headache for several days. I was at the point where none of my usual meds and stretches were helping so it was either try a massage or go to urgent care for more powerful meds. I called pretty late in the evening to see if I could get in and the very kind lady who answered the phone told me to come on in. The place was very clean and peaceful, and I chose a 90 minute body massage. This was probably one of the best massages that I've ever had! She used a variety of techniques and the hot stones were a wonderful touch. Both of the ladies were extremely kind and while my headache isn't completely gone, it's diminished enough that hopefully I will be able to sleep tonight. Tried some of the massage places down here in Garden Grove and it wasn't that good. This place is a little out of my way but I decided to give it try with my friend and we both enjoyed it. The masseuse checked up on my several times and my friend which most places didnt and just leave us there wondering when they come back. Never had a detailed massage from legs to arms to palms to scalp and so forth. I wouldn't mind driving a bit far here just because I have never experience such detailed massages in my life. read more

I've been here a couple of times and it has been okay, but this last visit will be my last. The owner did my massage, and was on the phone booking appointments *during* my massage. She only massaged one hand. There was clanking of dishes being washed outside of the door. Very loud environment. The light music that plays is one song on loop. I went here for a foot massage and it was the best foot massage I ever had. I have pain in my feet and the cost was around $50 dollars for an hour. Wendy spend a complete hour working every muscle in my feet. The massage also touches on my scalp, face and hands. If you have pain in your feet this is an excellent way to alleviate plantar fasciatus. I went to Kaiser and spend thousands on doctors to help and they do nothing. One of the best massages I've ever had! I've always carried tension in my neck, shoulders, and back, but whenever I get a massage, it's never enough pressure. The masseuse at w massage was amazing! BEST MASSAGE EVER !!!!! Have been having massages for years at various locations, this was the best ever! Back issues regarding muscles under the shoulder blades due to prior type of work, Chiropractic has helped but massage has always been needed in addition, Ada worked on both the most problematic muscles and the complete back. Had a deep tissue massage which was a little rough but well worth it due to I know the pain I have been dealing with for a very long time. Went in as a walk-in at 10:15am, requested by Ada to return at 12noon. Hey, what else to expect as a walk-in (next time will schedule an appointment). Only down side is the parking. Many parking lots but all for specific establishments in that immediate area, allow time to find parking and possibly walk a couple of blocks. Highly recommend to make an appointment. Establishment very clean, personnel very professional and courteous. Cannot emphasize how happy I am with finding W Massage, would highly recommend and I am looking forward to returning for additional therapy. Additionally, did make payment prior to massage, totally understandable. Gratuity, I provided 40% due to complete satisfaction.
