After our initial conversation with her, we didn't expect to move forward with the home buying process so soon, but we did. I remember telling my fiancé right after we ended our conversation with Liz that I wanted her to be our agent. I truly appreciated how people centered, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable she is about the process. She made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and helped us clearly understand what the home buying journey would look like. Liz never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. She truly respected our pace and guided us with patience and understanding every step of the way. Since my finance and I currently live in Los Angeles, Liz took her time to tour several homes that we were interested in. All of the videos she sent to us were extremely thorough and informative which made our process easier. It felt like we were actually there although we were miles away. We really appreciate Liz for taking the time to record and share the tours with us while giving us her opinion on things that stood out to her that were concerning. This is something we would not have been able to pick up on since we were not present. Liz really listened to what we were looking for in a home and she delivered. We cannot recommend her enough! She is truly an AMAZING agent to work with. We're beyond thankful for Liz and The Porchlight Group. If we ever decide to buy another home in the future, we are absolutely going back to her! IN LIZ WE TRUST!!

Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, generous and helpful in SO MANY WAYS! You will NOT regret choosing her and her team to buy or sell your home! Just give her a call and she will get right on it...because she can't help it and truly loves what she does, and also loves to work! lol

Our experience here solidified my belief that real estate agents are no longer needed and we won't…read moreuse another one in the future. We paid the same fees as we would have with Redfin, but received an experience that was far worse. Our realtor listed our old home and purchased a new home with us. About midway through the process, I started referring to her as the "designated fee collector" in the transactions. To begin, she had no idea what the market was doing in our area. She told us to list the home for $20,000 below what our identical neighbors house had just sold for two weeks prior. We listed it for the amount we thought it could sell for and received a full price offer. She promised that a professional photographer would take pictures for the listing. When she posted it, it had cell phone pictures she had taken on a walkthrough with my wife before the house was cleaned or staged. I am not sure sure how many online buyers looked at those first photos but I was sure that was why it took longer to sell. When we complained, she hired a photographer to retake them, but our experience looking for a new home was the damage was done to the market in the first few days of the listing as people quickly de-selected the house from their search feeds. When we did receive an offer, it was one bumble after another. The agent clearly had zero negotiation training and after we made a counter offer, she sent us back an agreement saying they had accepted. When I looked at the agreement, they rejected our counter offer completely. Once we made it through the process, the deal fell apart a few weeks later because the purchaser had a lien from the federal government. I then found out that our agent had known this was a problem for several days but failed to mention it to us. We had set up early in the process to have a rent-back agreement with the new owners while our new home was being built. While in escrow, our agent called at three times and asked when we thought we would be out of the house because the purchasers wanted to know. I repeatedly asked why that was an issue since we had agreement allowing us to rent it back for up to a month? We later found out that our agent had told the new owners (according to them) that we would be out of the house the day our new home closed. The agent never went to any of the walkthroughs for our new home, gave us a referral to a mortgage company that was not competitive, and did not give any updates once the contracts were signed.

I do not tolerate or accept dishonorable intentions, which is what this company conducted at the very get go. How it started: We reached out regarding a listing. Once we walked it (it was dirty, not clean even though PNW said a professional cleaner went in there, they hadn't). We decided to move forward and submit an application. After completion of the application, it wasn't until my fiance and I had paid the application fees, was that PNW and "the owner" required a lesser term agreement instead of the 12 month min that was in the listing. They did this, because they wanted charge us (or whoever rented the place) at a higher rate because they couldn't get what they wanted. We had to fight and claw with PNW to give us as long of a term as we got and the only reason they accepted was because of the legal parameters of posting a fraudulent ad and because we would be just having our newborn 1 month prior to term agreement ending. We have now finished the lease and moved out. PNW for some reason can't provide response to my questions regarding who there legal representation are along with how much of my deposit I will be getting back. We left the home in better shape than we received it. The belief is that there trying to steal has much of our money as possible. Again, trying to get my lawyer and there lawyer tagged up, but for some reason they don't want to provide who represents them. They seem to be very shady and dishonest. If you do business with this company, be extremely cautious. UPDATE as of 3:52PM 9/15/25 This company decided to take the time to reply to this comment with the same excuses they have provided me. Along with that, they took the time to reply to this comment instead of email me back. We have requested multiple times now (PNW already submitted there reimbursement report to there finance team) for the breakdown/finalized report of why we will get back what we will be getting when it comes to the deposit. For some reason, they have time to reply to reviews left for them, but can't bother to provide me there findings report. This is another example of them acting shady. Also, they stated they offered us 8 months. There listing was listed at 12 months. Again, it wasn't until AFTER we submitted applications that they decided to say they required a shorter lease. This is shady fraudulent business practice folks need to be made aware of.
