They greet me with smiles every time I go, and it is just like visiting a family that I haven't seen in a while. Mr. and Mrs. Wagler are always working on quilt projects, and I enjoy seeing what they are doing. Their daughter in law (Dorothy) has been helping out at the shop. She is super helpful, and even ordered batting that I couldn't find. The shop has had a bit of a facelift, and is now very well lit. I LOVE this shop. It is a three hour drive for me, but so worth it. They also have sewing/quilting notions, and other items in the store. My BFF purchased a stainless steel 12 quart stockpot for a third of what it costs anywhere else. I also have purchased kitchen items, and gifts. It is a MARVELOUS shop!!!

Unfortunately, I didn't buy enough of it so the store is being very kind and shipping me more. I enjoyed talking to Andrea, since she's easy to chat with and really funny. Would not stay in balance .Called there and they told us on the phone to call the number in the manual .No luck there. I was returning to Terre Haute the next week to see my Dr. And stopped in and my driver went in to talk to the crook that sold it to us and said the same thing. I had not worked for three months and money was tight. I could not walk without help or without a cane. We scrape up enough money to buy it cause we thought we getting a good deal. Instead we got screwed over.Took our money and wouldn't help at all. A few days later and $185.00 later a technician came from Danville Illinois to look at it and he confirmed it was junk, and by the serial numbers it wasn't a new washing machine. I wouldn't piss on the person that sold that pile of junk if he was one fire. KARMA IS A BITCH. I honestly don't know how you can look at yourselves in the mirror . Screwing people out there hard earned money. I want to thank you for adding so much more stress one me than i could barely handle already. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted on my behalf . They should shut crooks like this company down. You give the decent Business. a bad way to go. Make people leary of honest business . You should be held accountable. You should be ashamed of yourselves . Thats part of whats wrong in this old world today. Lies a deceit and greed. And by the way Tim Ray was the salesman
