i called dave in total panic, when our 6 month old australian shepherd...sugi...went crazy around people and dogs the first time we walked her...i guess my distress was obvious when i left a message...even though he was on vacation...he got right back to us...i was terrified...he is not only fabulous with dogs...but also their owners...thanks to him..we are well on our way to having our sugi trained and manageable...he has given us so many insights into her behavior...she is a different dog..i am so happy we found him read more
