From our initial meeting forward we enjoyed a very positive experience and are thrilled with the final installation. Our interactions received prompt, thorough and professional service. In fact, every interaction was kind and straight forward. Installation included 1800sf of engineered hardwood flooring. The crew was exceptional... very polite, on time, clean and meticulous over details from floor prep to installation. My project, being an older home, posed a few challenges and the installation crew took no shortcuts in overcoming every obstacle. I do not say this lightly... they met or exceeded every expectation and I'm not an easy customer to please. They just completed my installation about an hour ago and I was genuinely excited to offer a review. There aren't a lot of flooring store options in Lexington and maybe that's a good thing since the…read morevariety in a single store alone is huge. Choosing carpet for me is overwhelming. The selection at Kevin's carpets seems really good to me, and the sales people there are helpful without being pushy. Somehow I chose a beige carpet out of a hundred shades of beige that was just perfect once installed, soft and cushy. The sales person worked out the best way to maximize the carpet for the room shape as it came on the roll, and the installers were quick, did a beautiful job and put all the furniture back in place. I had to have them come back to replace some pad where rain had come in during the heavy rains this spring and had gotten the carpet wet going into a closet. Their seams were so invisible I didn't even see them and I had ripped the carpet up trying to get up the carpet to remove the wet pad. They seamed the ripped carpet back together where I thought I had ruined it so it doesn't even show. Great professional work! Thank you Jeff and the rest of the crew!
