Tom, not so much I thought I called Phil but an extremely hard lesson later I found I called Tom gagliardi by accident I told the lady that I had two ceiling fans & three sconces to install all brand new in a union built house. She said $125 an hr & roughly 2-2 1/2 hrs. Mike shows up,super nice guy but has nothing to do with billing, he gets done & hands me a bill for almost $600 We called the office to see about the difference & she says well I'm not an electrician so I can't tell you how long the job should take, then tells me they are union & you pay from the time they leave the shop until they get back,WHAT???? You should not be answering the phone & representing a business if you are ignorant of the education it takes to speak clearly & concisely to educate your customers & build a clients base, not alienate them. Small town here in Kenosha we work to hard to give our money to overpriced ridiculous company. SAVE your money call PHIL not TOM!! 3 times the price

I explained the job and he informed me he was busy for the next two weeks and he couldn't do it until then. I said I could wait. After 3 weeks, I had not heard back from him so I called him and he acted as though he had never heard my name or project before. He then said he could come that week Thursday. He called me Wednesday and said he would have to postpone until Friday. I said no problem. Then he called me Thursday and said he couldn't come Friday, but he could come Saturday. I said fine, then he said he would see me the following week Saturday at 8:30 am. Well, Saturday 8:30 came and went and he was a no call no show. I called him at 8:35 and asked if he was coming and he said he was booked all day at his kids baseball game. Might I remind you this was the day he suggested to schedule. He then recommended that I find another electrician, which is exactly what I did. For the record, we hired a different electrician for one project, then had him come back to do several more projects, so what would have been a small project turned into almost $1000 that we paid to the other electrician. Plus, we recommended the electrician to 2 friends that also hired him. So Gary, looks like you missed out on about $3000 worth of work. Must be nice to not need money.

Our project was small but varied,…read moreand Mike's was the only company we met with that was able to handle every aspect from helping with design, product recommendations, and complete installation within our budget. The crew that came out for install were kind and professional and did not disrupt our work day at home. The service we received from Steve before, during, and after our project was personal, attentive and impressive compared to the many other contractors we've worked with. We're really enjoying our new path lights, driveway light, and bistro lights across our backyard deck. We look forward to working with them again for future projects.

Our work doesn’t end when the fixtures are installed. We fine-tune our systems after dark, when lighting can truly be evaluated, adjusting fixture placement, brightness, and aiming to get the details right. We also believe a great lighting system should look amazing years from now, not just on installation day. That’s why we use professional-grade products, employ trained lighting technicians, and offer ongoing maintenance through our CastleCare Protection Program. Most importantly, we hold ourselves to a higher standard. We don’t want to simply install lights—we want to transform how you experience your home after dark.
