She appeared to be very caring and helpful...I gave her my information and she was going to get my alfac policy switched over from paying as an individual to payroll deduct, and add my husband to the policy (this change would save me money). She took a few weeks to get back to me; being new at my job I didn't know whom else to reach out to. It took her NINE WEEKS to return an email. I was supposed to get the policy in effect by a certain date, and that date long passed. Finally, she replied, and promised me another date. She still hasn't replied to emails and she won't return a call. Now her voicemail box is full and no more messages can be left (I'm only leaving one voicemail per day, and one or two calls a day, I'm not blowing up her phone). The second promised date has long passed. So, one this is costing me money because the switch would save me money, and my husband is STILL WAITING for coverage. I don't understand how this woman has a business of any kind if this is how she handles clients.
