I will redeem my items and move my business elsewhere. Also he believes he knows about coins and has been proven wrong on several occasions. Goldstein's magically cleaned the engagement ring & if sparkles like never before. Come in with an open mind and some patience, and you never know what you'll find. The pricing was great for what I got. Once I left, I realized that I wanted the Prince record I originally put back. I called and asked if they would hold it for me. They held it for me until today (the next day) so I was able to come and pick it up. It's in perfect condition. I know I'll be back to continue to add to my collection. In addition to records, they have cassettes, 8-tracks, CDs, artwork, stickers, and pins.

His name is Warren and I would love to save all my friends and family from wasting their time and money at this place. I came in for a cleaning like a month ago and was told there wouldn't be a charge, although every jewelry store I've gone to has never charged me for a cleaning, but I would've been happy to pay. I noticed once it was returned to me that one of my green emeralds fell out while it was in the ultrasonic. He went and got the stone and said it was damaged before it got cleaned. It definitely wasn't. Anyway, he said he'd send it off to be fixed. A few weeks later he texts me and asked if I wanted a quote for a new stone or to just get it put back in.. I asked for both. So I've been waiting weeks for a response. Today, he texted me and said my ring was ready. I told him he never got back with me about how much it'd be. He then tells me it'll be $150. I told him I couldn't pay that today so how much would it be to just put my original stone back in? He responded and said he's never had someone who couldn't afford $150. The audacity to assume that I couldn't "afford" it. First of all, why would you do a service without giving someone an estimate first? He was being so unprofessional and rude! I ended up telling him to remove the stone and return my stuff so I can take it elsewhere. He was trying to argue with me and justify his behavior. He then goes on to say he doesn't have time for this and said I can come get my ring and he'll write it off as charity. I went to pick it up and he was being so passive aggressive and sarcastic! He asked to take a picture with me bc they like to support charity. Lmaooooo literally F off! This isn't charity my boy. You didn't give me an estimate before doing a service. Pretty sure he took a pic of me bc when I was walking out he said, "if you post I will too." Okay? Is that a threat? He was being so petty and disrespectful! I'll have to take my ring to Lou's to make sure he didn't damage it somehow or put in something fake. I would never support a business like this. I feel sorry for the sweet lady that works there. He probably treats her like crap. I would love to see a for lease sign on that window! Do not recommend whatsoever.
