Mr. Bill Zundell quickly replied (within a day) saying it shouldn't be an issue. About four weeks later the ring came in, I took it to their store and told them I wanted a thin gold band. I am not overly familiar with jewelry, but they quickly took me to show me examples, recommended four prongs (instead of six - to show off the stone), had my ticket written up and price estimate all done in less than 10 minutes. To me, this was a perfect experience. I knew what I wanted, just needed a little bit of guidance, and didn't want any sales pitches for a more expensive band. My ring was ready within 2 weeks and it couldn't be more perfect. We also thought the price to remove the stone and reset it, including the price of the setting was VERY reasonable. Now that we've upgraded my engagement ring, I'll need a new wedding band. We'll definitely be getting it at Zundel's.

That Tuesday came and my wife called about her rings and was told the jeweler was back up and the rings would be done that evening or the next morning. So she called back Wednesday at 12 to get an update and the jeweler had a rude comment saying that he can't work on the rings if he was always on the phone with her. So I then called them and there was zero communication when I got on the phone with them I just wanted a new eta because I understand getting backed up just wanted a new time line and I wanted to know what the progress of the rings were. I was given no answer except the rings will be done when they are done or I could get a refund. We had a photographer lined up for the weekend because we expected the rings to be done and we have now wasted three weeks and have to fine a new jeweler. I just didn't trust them with my wife's great grandmothers ring that is 103 years old if they couldn't tell me what had been done to the ring and were rude when we called the day after they said they were going to be finished on.

One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman.
