I was rear-ended by a Progressive insured driver over 11 months ago…read more I suffered a severe deck injury requiring 4 months of intensive physical therapy --- which ended with the Dr telling me that PT wasn't correcting the constant pain and I should consider surgery. I am 86 years old and my Cardiologist told me I probably wouldn't survive surgery. The Progressive Agent has already indicated that "Progressive does not believe I have a claim because the property damage (that totaled vehicle) DID NOT SUPPORT my injury claim". Medicare is now demanding the repayment of the medical bills I incurred. I have Medical Payment insurance on my automobile policy which they say is a third party liability. In essence , I've been screwed by Progressive Insurance, my insurance company and Medicare. Progressive is blaming my pain on previous USAF injuries in Vietnam in 1972 and a Worker's Compensation accident nearly 40 years ago (1987)!! No one accepts responsibility!!! I read a lot of these poor reviews and I can't help but to agree with them…read more I was in an accident and I had a police report stating that I was not at fault and AAA Zack told me "he didn't care what the police reports said". Zack put me at fault and never fixed my vehicle but took care of the aggressive donut driver vehicle. I contact the DMV investigator and sent a copy of the police report and they reviewed the police camera and it was confirmed that I was not at fault and DMV sent me a no fault letter. I then got hit a year later and the man had no driver license or California He told me that he's illegal and that the police can't get involved. I was told by another man who was not involved "that it's in my best interest not to involve the police, you fix your car and he fix his vehicle." I sent a photo of the vehicle license plate and sent it to AAA. Tim from AAA sent them a copy of all my information and "asked them to call him". They spoken to Tim and once again I was not at fault but my insurance went up and my deductible went to a $2000 deductible from a $500 claiming I am a high risk. They used a 2 point excuse which I got back in 2018. Here we are in 2026 and it just now going up‍ I just paid $500 in April 2026 for my deductible confused So now it's May 2026 my deductible went to 2,000. This is just retaliation because I hired an attorney. I hope Trump has AAA so they can mess with his deductible and he fire everybody in the corruption. But it right for illegal immigrant to drive and tear your vehicle up and you get punished with insurance. The sad thing is when I got my car fixed the illegal immigrant came back and keyed my car in the same exact spot that just got fixed because AAA. California Department Of Insurance Insurance.Ca.Gov. The experience with this insurance company was very disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of…read moreprofessionalism and empathy during our interactions. I found it quite challenging to communicate with a manager named Brandon from the Auto Insurance Department, who did not allow me to speak with a higher authority despite my requests. I made several attempts to ask him to connect me with his superior, but he refused and exhibited a passive-aggressive demeanor. It seemed that instead of working towards a solution, he preferred to blame others. Additionally, there were inaccuracies regarding my sensitive information, which was sent to the wrong person. Despite providing accurate details, I was held responsible for the mistake, with claims that I had entered incorrect information. I have reached out to another customer service representative who confirmed that I had submitted the correct information, and I have documentation to support my claims. Overall, it appears that issues like this are not addressed properly within the company, leading to a culture where employees may avoid accountability. *If I have the option to rate this a complete ZERO.. w/out hestitation!

I'm writing this review because I've had an extremely frustrating experience trying to resolve a…read moreclaim and get reimbursed for expenses I paid out of pocket. Back in October, I was involved in an accident that was determined not to be my fault by both Kemper and Progressive. Because of the situation, I had to pay several expenses upfront, including my deductible and rental car costs, with the understanding that I would be reimbursed once the claim was processed. My agent, Austin Aust, told me to obtain a claim number and submit my receipts, which I did. I provided documentation for all expenses. I was told I would be reimbursed once Progressive sent the payment to Kemper. However, Progressive has since informed me that the matter is now in Kemper's hands, and yet I have not received the reimbursement I'm owed. To make matters worse: - I've been trying to reach Austin Aust for updates with little to no response. - I've attempted to contact his supervisor Preston Snow, but the phone line goes straight to voicemail every time. - Months have now passed with no communication or resolution. The only payment I received was $600 for the rental, even though I paid $800 out of pocket. I am still waiting on reimbursement for my deductible, which I had to pay despite being found not at fault. This accident happened in October, and I paid these costs in November. It is now March, and I'm still getting the runaround with no clear answer or timeline. All I'm asking for is the reimbursement that I was told I would receive. I hope this review helps bring attention to the situation so it can finally be resolved. Austin Aust and Preston Snow are based out of the Jersey City location at 124 Town Square Place. Please contact them to do their job.

We were quickly checked in and directed to another line (with no one in it). We were helped almost immediately, faster than we were ready (filling out a form). I was shocked, I've never been to any location where I haven't had to wait at least 15 minutes. The employee was friendly and processed what we needed. I can't remember her first name but I was fixated on her last name because it was 'Rude' and she was anything but - she was so friendly, kind, and happy. We came at the right time before the rush, because when we left both lines were packed full of people. Ample parking in a large lot with easy access.

My naval orthopedic team filled out the DMV paperwork for me to turn in. I have been a member of AAA since 2009, got my entire family to sign up, and a few friends after a couple of "Good Samaritan" AAA stops. Heck, I even financed a honeymoon for some friends via AAA as well as my own with travel. I usually trust AAA with all my needs. So that's why I was flabbergasted to say the least when they turned me away. Not only that, but when I said I'd borrow my grandmother's handicap placard until I got mine in the mail, the rep threatened that I'd get in trouble because they scan. My family insisted I use it and the naval nurse advised that the DMV takes their digital paperwork and it was immediately approved. I want to advise this location to 1. If you cannot take the paperwork, tell your clients that DMV will take it online. 2. Please don't threaten a disabled veteran when you already see them struggling on crutches. Not the best customer service. 3. When in doubt, show someone you're going the extra mile. Ask your manager. Do something.
