Those are the basics but i dont remember dealing with attorneys that care abou you as a client. These guys are great. My husband had a ton of credit card debt and we were really overwhelmed and living in San Jose made it difficult to keep up with all of our bills. We were in way over our heads. We just had our second child and were starting to get sued by 2 different card companies not including the looming amount of other debts we had accrued that hadn't gotten to serving us yet. We were really nervous about starting bankruptcy it can feel really overwhelming. Especially for me because I tend to over research things and then get anxiety over it. After weighing options we deciding to go for it. And in hindsight I really wish we had done this sooner. We met with Raj and he made the process super easy and streamlined. It helped that we were really organized and had everything we needed on hand regarding all the debts. He has a ton of experience which was reassuring. His office kept in contact with us throughout the bankruptcy. They were always quick to respond to any inquiries, questions, and concerns we had. They kept an open line of communication with us and always kept us in the loop regarding court paperwork, communications from collectors, our car loan, important dates etc. He was also were able to work out a payment plan for us which was really nice and made this doable. Someone from his team was with my husband at the 341 creditor meeting, which was comforting to have representation through. It was a really easy process aside from having to driving down to LA. The bankruptcy only took about 3 months to complete. We are now debt free aside from a couple things I have lingering on my side. We were able to keep our car. And that feels so good to not have that looming over our heads and I think we're both sleeping better. And now what little debt we have in my name is super manageable now and we will be 100% debt free by the end of the year! And my husbands credit score is already recovering.
