Got an email saying I don't have to be present and then was left in the dark again. Sent out two emails two weeks In a row and no response. Called for an update and women who answered was no help to as why no one responds to emails or voicemails. She goes on saying we are supposed to response within 48 business hours. She ignored and tried to hide from her client that opposing counsel did not adhere to instructions from the court. She lied to her client and tried to conduct business behind his back. However, the absolute biggest atrocity she performed was "Forging A Document" and submitting it to the court. I've tried to report her to the BAR, but seems like they don't care.
