After a few weeks I called and asked what was up. He hadn't gotten to it so I waited another few weeks and called again. Still hadn't gotten to it. I ended up deciding to wait and see if the warranty company covers our AC unit after moving it but I spent $100 on this guys services for him to completely ignore me after. He even recommended a shady ass AC repair guy who refused to talk to the home warranty company about the size of the unit! I really dont recommend this guy.
