After that, the worker who came to my house didn't bring garbage bags needed to clean out the 3 window wells I had included in my order. It was 3 pm so at that point it wasn't worth him driving to the office to get some and then coming back. After the driver left I walked outside and he had poured all of the dirty water from cleaning 40 window panes RIGHT IN MY DRIVEWAY. Who does that? I can tell a difference just by driving up to the house. The price is super reasonable, especially considering how long it would take me to do all that myself. They removed hard water from the windows, old vines from on the screen, and deep cleaned all the window tracks. I paid extra to have them remove all the windows and clean the tracks with a wet vac and lubricate everything. It's made such a difference. Jeff (the owner) really takes pride in his work and will make sure the job is done right. After my neighbors saw my windows, they hired him for their houses. Will hire again and again.

At that time my two babies who are 1 and 2 were ready for naps and not feeling well, so I asked them if they could please stop by at a different time. I then told them I could meet them later that day or any other day and time that week. They told me that if I cannot meet them right then when it was convenient for them, I should just go find another house cleaner. I cannot imagine the stress and disrespect I would have had to go through with this company if I had continued doing business with them. Customer service is very important and I hope they can improve tremendously in this area before they continue to disappoint more customers.
