Couldn't sit at a window seat because they want you in the small area where they haven't cleaned off the tables. I got cold looks and stares from the servers as if they wanted me to leave. Not very friendly at all unless you are a regular or the right color. I'm mixed so I guess I'm to yellow. I grew up on soul food and German cooking due to my parents being biracial couple. The baked chicken definitely is delicious and falls off the bone and the pork chop was crispy and still juicy. The mashed potatoes with gravy were right on time and the collards were off the chain. Lol The bathrooms are for employees only so bring hand sanitizer and make sure you empty your bladder before you come. You can eat at the tall counter, low counter, or in the booths to the left and right of the counters. The menu is regular American fare with Eggs and omelets for breakfast and sandwiches for breakfast. The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant was not very crowded when we visited. The place was very clean. The waitress came to take our order quickly. We ordered the waffles (of course) and bacon and drinks. The food came out quickly and tasted very good.
