The FreeBird Benedict was great! It came with 2 chicken strips and sausage gravy with 2 poached eggs on a fluffy biscuit and a side of potatoes. The chicken was cooked nicely and the sausage gravy was delicious! The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the biscuit was fluffy! The potatoes were seasoned perfectly as well! The Veggie Scramble was delicious as well! The eggs were cooked nicely and you were able to taste the fresh tomatoes and spinach! It was served a side of potatoes and a fluffy biscuit! The potatoes were seasoned nicely and the biscuit was fluffy and had just the right amount of butter on it. It did get served with a honey apple spread which was very tasty as well! Regardless of internal performance issues or operational pressures, there is no justification for humiliating an employee publicly. If coaching or correction is required, it should be handled privately and with basic professional respect. What I witnessed reflected poorly on your leadership standards and on your brand as a whole. As a customer, I found the situation disturbing enough that it materially affected my perception of your organization. No company that values its people or its reputation should tolerate this kind of behavior from anyone in a management role. and if that wasn't bad enough, I witnessed the same manager, just moments later speak to a customer walking in to place it to go order in such a condescending tone that if I was that person I would've left.? and that's actually what I did as I sat at the bar. They can be a bit slow inside, but that is mostly from being busy. My personal feeling is that McAlister's is a bit pricey but I have no complaints about the food.
