My son looked at his mug and said I want one . Yes they sell them for 31.99 eek a bit high for my blood but He bought it himself. He has been using it everyday since We got back home. They opened one in Florida and when we visited we were just not as impressed and decided we probably wouldn't go back unless it was the original one. While on vacation again, we noticed Vicious Biscuit on the map and decided to give it another try. I'm so glad we did because the food was spot on and delicious. I got the Vicious and my husband got the Flame Thrower. The biscuits are buttery, flaky, and flavorful. Both of ours came with a cheddar jalapeño biscuit and they were exactly as we had remembered when we visited the OG Vicious Biscuit. The chicken, the cowboy candy, and gravy on mine were perfect. The chicken, cowboy candy, and candied bacon on my husband's were equally excellent. Great job on making us wanting to visit again! I ordered the flavored champagne flight during brunch and specifically asked for very light syrup because the drinks are usually extremely sweet. When the flight came out, it tasted exactly the same as the regular version -- overwhelmingly sweet to the point that I genuinely could not drink it. When I politely mentioned it, the bartender/manager said "that's just how it comes" and initially refused to do anything about it. I sent the flight back and ordered a plain glass of champagne instead. Our server told us she would speak to the manager and have her come talk to us, but apparently the manager refused multiple times because she was "too busy." Eventually, the same flight was brought back out after they said they had poured some out and added more champagne on top. Unfortunately, it was still far too sweet, and I still couldn't drink two of the four glasses. What disappointed me most wasn't even the drinks -- it was the customer service. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude from management and lack of concern made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. The server also seemed irritated at being caught in the middle rather than interested in resolving the situation. I still tipped 20% because I know serving isn't easy, but after today I honestly don't see myself coming back.
