We would give these items, a four 4 in taste, a five 5 in plating, and a five 5 in preparation. On the Prosciutto Wrapped Dates, I think I would've liked them better without the Gorgonzola cheese and I don't know that I'm much of a goat cheese lover. BUT the items we ordered were nicely cooked and my husband said the crab cakes were meaty and he very much enjoyed them.
