Pop it in the oven, cooked longer than expected from frozen, no big deal. Had to add my own cheese topping. Everyone was fished out their portion and we began to eat, when all of a sudden... our mouths were on fire burning from not heat, but spice, and I mean pepper spice, almost like they used salsa for sauce or something of that nature. None of us could continue to eat it. The following day I called and expressed my concern and dismay and they talked to management but wouldn't put anyone else in the phone and said well that's how we make it. I said it's not supposed to be hot peppery spicy, it's Italian not Mexican food. I have never had lasagna in a spicy version ans I've had it made by a large variety of people and places. They didn't seem to care and that was the extent of the call. I will not give them business again, $48 is a lot to spend on food that is clearly mislabeled. Give them a try and see what you think, or don't. Either way, I know what I experienced and I was not pleased.

The service is ok, it always takes time to make a sub, and it took longer than normal as it was an online order that I came in to pick up, but I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't effect me or the review stars. The ambiance is nice like a typical sub shop. I don't get anything else besides the Big Kahuna sun on rosemary so nothing else to review. Give them a try and be patient, subs take time. You don't get a mini sub like Jimmy John's! It's way bigger!
