So I had the opportunity to try this truck out tonight and it was pretty good! I got the strawberry waffle and it was absolutely beautiful! Presentation was on point! The waffle itself was a bit cold, and not as fluffy as I would've hoped. However, the flavors were good. This is an ok place. I wish the portions were slightly bigger to get a bang for our buck. Food was prepared fairly quickly. From my own business experience, I think they should have remained as a food truck restaurant rather than opening a hard core restaurant. Most people would visit a food truck for this type of brunch style food. I liked the music playing on the TVs with the music videos. That was very nice. I'm sad I was hoping to smell waffles in the air as we walked up. One could dream haha. No line luckily, my friend and I ordered and split an O'Philly Cheesesteak Waffle. I guess you eat it like a sammich but being a waffle I fork and knifed it. The guys were soo fast!! Very disappointed. We had them setup for several events so they can get their foot in the door with us and see if it would work for our property long term. They sent us a menu flyer which was hand-delivered to every door and then the day before said non of those items are available, they have to be requested and their menu was cut in half. During this conversation, the owner jumped on the email thread and cancelled EVERY EVENT with us, as he claimed from our dissatisfaction. Including the one scheduled for 2.5 hours from now. We were disappointed that we delivered a menu that was inaccurate allowing people to get excited and plan for orders, just to find out the day before that they have less than half of those available. But we obviously were still expecting to proceed, learn from the first event and work with them long term. Absolutely, completely, unprofessional and immature. I wish people would take responsibilities for their lack of communication and just apologize and move forward. Just because someone is disappointed doesn't mean you run, hide and ruin their work week or events. Just know, if you decide to proceed with them, they can't guarantee the schedule and definitely avoid asking questions. read more

I stopped in this place when I saw online that a new restaurant had opened. The concept sounded fun and the location is on my way home so it was perfect. The menu has good options but isn't overwhelmingly complex. I briefly met the owner when I ordered and he was very nice and told me a little about how he ended up opening this location. I ordered the O Wa Fri Cheeze and asked for it to go. The food was made fresh right in front of me and was piping hot when handed to me. When I got home we tore through those fries like monsters. It felt like a pretty basic waffle and chicken tender with powder sugar, grade school packaged maple syrup and a small container of a creamy chipotle sauce, not enough for the mentioned tenders. I'm not sure if it was special enough to be great, perhaps maybe I should try their other items, but I thought I'd tried their classic first. The portion is smaller, much like a cute food tuck portion at an outdoor event, however it's their brick and mortar we're taking about.
